The staff was extremely helpful to answer our questions during our stay. Also the location was connected to the Glass City Convention Center which was very convenient and close to many restaurants too.

Don't understand the parking we arrived on Thursday we went out for dinner and we paid $5 when we checked out on Friday they charged us $15 we parked in the parking l garage and when we got back on Thursday night after dinner so many spots had a cone in front of the parking space and when we checked out and left on Friday morning those same spot still had cones no car in those spots . And also it says that there's parking available it says nothing about paying a fee that was one main reason why we booked there. And that's the only thing I did not like about the property thank you

There were no amenities. The staff was great. I was very disappointed by the whole experience. Based on the pricing of course, it was increased because there was a convention in the area which should be considered gouging. Our visit to downtown Toledo was great fun. The river access and nearby Mudhens game were big hits! The hotel is impeccable - so fresh, clean and welcoming! Thank you!

We needed our room one day early and they accommodated us. Everyone was super pleasant. The only issue that I had was that the trash cans were never emptied. They were always overflowing. Other than that, our room was clean and beautiful. We had a great view. It didn't smell damp or off in the lobby or hallways and the valet staff were really awesome people and we're very helpful

I will say I like the parking garage being attached ,and I dont have to walk real far to my car.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk person who checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. I think his name is Tim. He gave us a map with places to go for food and/or music and drinks. He had a great attitude and wanted to help in any way possible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic 👌. The food and drinks were excellent! I would definitely recommend this location!
