The bed was very comfortable. The staff helped assist sending my luggage’s and were very kind and the best part it is located very conveniently to the yamanote line and made it so easy to get around Tokyo

The bathroom was VERY tiny, I was bumping with the objects while using it.

Clean Affordable Comfortable Convenient location Quiet Free breakfast There were a lot of foreign tourists, and many people were out shopping, but since there weren’t any microwaves anywhere, I think it would be convenient to have one.

It’s a location about 10 or 15 minutes from the station Because the staff it’s so bad with the foreigners, the don’t speak any English, the don’t try to use any other language or even an smartphone, the don’t warm up your food, the room has cockroaches and spiders, the first hotel in Japan with that

Lovely and very helpful staff, hotel is very well located and only an 8 min walk from 2 stations/half an hour walk to the center of Shinjuku. The windows open all the way, which was amazing. Rooms appliances could use some cleaning, specially the air filters(very dusty).

The staff were very helpful from check in, breakfast and even helping to set up a luggage transfer for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a sofa and bed, a soaking tub and shower. The signs were easy to understand and were in multiple languages. Everything was comfortable. The location was great being close enough to the station we didn't have to worry about getting lost or being late; and far enough away that we were able to get some peace in a busy area.

Staff is great! So helpful! Breakfast was ok! Bed was nice. Is a good quality/price place! And 5 min walk from two train stations or 10 from shinjuku! Amazing spot, quiet, beautiful city views and beautiful garden Bathroom a bit small if you are tall! ?? But you will survive!

Loved the location, very close to train station and also very easy to walk to shinjuku. Room was comfortable and the bed was nice. Staff are very kind and friendly. Good air conditioning / heating and very clean Bathroom is a little small but still manageable. Free breakfast was nice - could use a little more selection, maybe some eggs or toast.
