Location was great - there are 2 metro stations in walking distance and multiple convenience stores close by. There’s also a don quixote 2 minutes walk away. The place is clean and staff are very friendly. The bed was comfy. The toilet seat was heated. The rooms we received were much smaller than the ones shown in photos and there was barely any place for luggage. Electrical sockets are in inconvenient locations.

Very close to metro station and to active street with food and entertainment nearby. The beds and pillows were not the comfy.
-
Very small room but nicely arranged and accommodating for a couple..

Most value for money we got in Japan Quiet and nice place It was perfect

Being able to drop off luggage before check in and being able to come and go without worrying about the front door closing was convenient. The accommodation is very close to Okubo Station (2 mins walk) and Shin-Okubo Station (6 mins walk). The room was pretty spacious for 2, so it was easy to organize luggage and relax in the space. Despite it being Hawaii themed, I would hesitate to call it that when there’s only few frames of some Hawaiian related photos hanging on the wall. Also, I appreciated the cleaning service, however, we didn’t leave a sign outside the room door to request for it, so I was surprised to see people had been in the room.

Location was great for access to trains, and getting to know the area for our first visit to Japan A little strange handing over the keys each time we left the hotel.

Everything you need is in the room or at the common area with a microwave. Facilities are very clean and staff is friendly. Umbrellas are available while you are staying. Location is good near a train station, convenience stores, and plenty of good-value tasty food. Elevator would be helpful to get luggage up the stairs, but front desk staff offered to help so is not a big deal.

The room was cozy, we enjoyed the traditional Japanese tatami and futon set up. There was plenty of storage for our large bags, more than enough. We couldn't hear the train with the windows shut. The water pressure was very good. There was always a staff member present at the front desk. The location is excellent, right in Korea town and two minutes from the Okubo train station. Other reviews mentioned a bad smell in the bathroom but we didn't notice that. Overall we really enjoyed it and felt it was a gem for the price, we even tried to book another night the following week but they were booked up. The shower curtain was a little dirty or mildewy or something. There isn't an elevator, which was a little annoying for my large rolly bag. The room over all was a little small, but for just two gals it was good.

The location is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful There was a bad smell in the bathroom And we booked 2 beds bit we were offered one bed for 2 or otherwise to cancel at last moment

Great location close to metro and restaurants. The hotel is located off of small street/alleyway an quiet at night. There was no elevator and I was on the fourth floor and the interior was a bit dated. It was still good value for the price.

The bed was comfortable. Room had a slight smell when we walked in, like dirty feet. It was less bad once we turned on the aircon, but would have preferred not to smell that.

Convenient clean and comfortable No elevator

Sometimes the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. But not a big deal.

The hotel is older, but is very well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was pretty good as well- it wasn't in the crazy/busy part of Shinjuku, but you could walk there in 15 minutes. The hotel is situated right between two metro stops, so it was extremely easy to get around the city. My only complaint is that my room faced the sunrise and the sun would wake me up very early every morning even when the blackout curtains were down because of the position of the bed (my pillow was right under the window). Otherwise, no complaints.

Location was great. Small room but was enough since we just slept there at night and thats it.
-
The place is right beside a metro station, very convenient. There was staff there 24hr. The room was actually very quiet.

My room had a small ant problem from the window. Also there are not nearly enough power plugs or they are in very random pleases. The laundry room is very old, and 3/4 of the equipment was out of order. E.g. BOTH dryers were non-functional. It is ridiculous that you MUST leave your key behind any time you leave, even for 5min and you can't bring any guests. It almost becomes annoying to even go outside at this point.

Of the more than three front desk agents I met, all were extremely friendly and helpful. Their English was also perfect, something you don't usually find in Japan. I also loved that they had a dining area, as well as a convenient laundry room and space to hang clothes, which is essential when traveling. The location was also excellent, super close to two stations. Nothing! Everything excellent
