Beautiful hotel, located away from loud streets, we had ocean front room, only heard the waves. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was amazing as well and had a good selection of food and made to order eggs. Service is 5/5 Everything was perfect

Had a lovely stay. Hotel is located right on the beach, with direct beach access, is quiet - don’t hear the traffic/motorbikes! Can walk to Finn’s. The sunset on the beach is gorgeous. Rooms are nicely appointed and big. Breakfast is good variety and very good. Upper bar terrace is lovely as the sunset goes down. Had a 2hr massage at the spa - heaven! The best part are the people working at the property. Each one is so kind, friendly and inviting. Special mention to Diah who was wonderful. Would absolutely stay again.

I really enjoyed everything! The room was much larger than I expected, at first, I honestly thought there had been a mistake with the accommodation, but that wasn’t the case. The hotel is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely. I enjoyed everything overall! However, I would recommend the hotel consider including all charges (like taxes) in the listed prices, especially at the restaurant. Displaying the final price upfront would create a more transparent experience for guests. In any case, the pricing would still be quite reasonable.

Great hotel, clean, best view, staff very helpful and warm, quiet and chill hotel. Wellness messages by Alim amazing Pool very nice and big. The only thing I had a very spacious room on the ground floor and in the room the air was a bit humidity, especially when no air conditioned. But this is something normal for Indonesia Climate so nothing to complain. The room on the ground floor had the best view ocean front with own garden just for my use. I enjoyed very much my stay and will come back Thank you Swarga Suites? I wrote everything already

The staff at this hotel was literally the most amazaing people. Always smiling and soo helpful with everything. Can’t give them enough compliments! Really 10/10!!! They even created a separate gluten free menu so there were plenty of options for gluten free food. The banana bread and the tacos was 10 out of 10! Really recommends trying this! And the spa area was so relaxing and beautiful. The hotel room was big and clean with a beautful occean view. If you want to party or be at a beach club, Swarga has a deal with Atlas Beach Club so you will get a free entrance! That’s was really funny and a good thing. All in all this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at and we will definitely be back to visit the amazing place and staff ? The gym was not the best, but it was a huge gym center next door, so that was nice!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful pool. The rooms were fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Construction site next door so it was loud sometimes during the day but that didn’t bother us too much as we were out exploring or in the pool

Love their service. I give them an A++++ for their customer service. From the moment we stepped in until we checked out, there was a smile on every hotel representative,. And the hotel is so serene with such beautiful plants and has a calming sense. And my husband and I are vegetarians. They were just so courteous to give us a vegan and vegetarian menu for breakfast on top of the food that they had already prepared at the buffet. And I also requested a small celebration for my husband's birthday, and they arranged a beautiful surprise. A big thank you Swarga❤️❤️ Most of it was good. I have no complaints. All staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had to walk a bit to find a good spot to swim on the beach. But overall loved it.❤️ The outdoor bar area could have a bit of lighting as it was dark when we dined in there. But they were quick to bring in more candles.

We were upgraded to a duplex, very spacious rooms. Nice see view. Very good spa Big construction site behind the hotel, hence very noisy starting from 9-10 am onward. Cleanliness and the overall maintenance and breakfast could be improved, stayed here approximately 6 years ago the hotel was brand new back then

I read all the reviews and anyone who complained about this place is just being a whinger. For the price, you couldn’t get a better resort. It was a quiet place, nice for relaxing. The staff were fantastic, location was great, sunsets were amazing and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was decent (and I’m fussy). Finns beach club is a 4min walk down the beach. I downloaded the grab app and a scooter was at the hotel in 2mins to take me anywhere for $1-$2. Next door is a fantastic wellness gym. If I was gonna be nit picky, my air con leaked a couple of times But it was fixed straight away so I rate this resort very highly.
