Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, good food, great coffee, excellent location Only downside was the noise coming from the beach parties Saturday night. But even with that staff was so helpful, they offered to change our room. Since rest of the nights as noisy, we didn’t need to

ZIN is one of the best hotels i ever stayed in, it has just the right vibes with everything you need. 2 min walk to the beach, AMAZING rooftop pool, and another one ground floor, sauna room, super clean and convenient rooms, and perfect location! Also has ZIN cafe ( amazing food with sometimes live performances ), wellness studio and fitness, and store. It has everything you need and more. Nothing!

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is at the Cafe which belongs to the hotel but is frequented also by outside guests, which made the place quite busy. the Alacarte breakfast was good.. Our room was in a part of the building where we needed to exit to the street and then enter the cafe from there. But that was fine. The view from our room was not good (looking to the back of another building), but i think most of the rooms have quite nice view.

The hospitality was out of this world - very friendly and attentive staff, very good facilities from the Gym to the Pilates Center and the cafe, the location is amazing in the heart of Canggu and very close to Seminyak by bike Highly recommended

Another fantastic stay of 2 weeks plus at this excellent hotel. Everything here is 'frictionless'?? Staff are wonderful, and the best coffee / barista's. We work out of here a lot, it's the best.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at ZIN Canggu Resort ?✨ Everything about this place was first class — immaculate rooms, beautiful ambiance, amazing healthy atmosphere, and delicious food. The entire staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Didi, who helped organize transportation and activities during my stay. He made everything effortless and truly went above and beyond to make life easier for me. I highly recommend ZIN Canggu and will absolutely be back again. One of my favorite stays in Bali. That I couldn't stay longer! But I will be back!

Right next to the beach, pools and property were good, wonderful and attentive staff. No kids facilities.

The staff are great and very attentive. Gym, Swimming Pools are awesome. Breakfast and free local cocktail are impressive. Location is good for those who want a more peaceful side of Changgu and it is still not too far from the main shopping/dining area. Canggu Traffic is just crazy!

Zin is in a great location and steps from the beach. The resort is so beautiful with lots of nature, many pools and amenities like the Zinspa and Zin Cafe. My room was nice and neat and it looking clean but did not smell clean. Staff bought an aromatherapy lamp to me to help. The ac made the room feel damp but opening the door for a few minutes at a time helped.

Loved the gym, the pools, the view from the room, the restaurant was beautiful and food was very delicious. There was water leaking in our bathroom from the light fixture. Then when we changed rooms the robes were old and slightly discoloured, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and the bench in the room broke when my friend sat on it :(

The layout of the hotel had the feel of a living complex. It blended perfectly into the environment. The hotel had a relaxing vibe. The decor is beautiful and functional. I absolutely loved the menu. It is perfect for health conscious people. The staff was outstanding. They are friendly yet professional. And always there to help and go above and beyond. They should offer better coffee in the rooms.

It was calm, clean, peaceful and the overall mood you get is positive once you get to the property. None really. Just that one moment with the gym attendant who was not considerate to let me finish my gym routine 15 mins (maybe less) after closing time.

spacious, clean room, extraordinary staff, communication via whatsapp, outstanding breakfast and free cocktails, helped me print out a document, free zycle class which was a lot of fun, close to beach room felt a little damp
