Clean, simple hotel with all necessary amenities like free wifi, comfy bed, nice shower, parking, friendly staff, and a very delicious French breakfast. They served crepes, croissants, and fresh-squeezed orange juice in addition to other basic French staples. Good location: one is able to walk into the centre-ville in less than 10 minutes. Nothing.

Everything! Not a thing

Secure parking for bicycles, garden with swimming pool, quiet location yet still close to town and train station. Confusing check-in. There are two hotels. We booked Les Marronniers, but stayed in Arc en Ciel next door. Disappointing restaurant.

Abundant variety and fresh. I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. A bit confusing on how to "go about" it. trays outside, but then tables pre set, unclear about glasses for juice, forks not on table, ...basically no flow.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast was super. The rooms are well-equipped: a kettle, tissue paper, a bathtub, and a terrace.

Quiet room, nice balcony, kettle in room, comfortable bed, clean and well appointed bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Very helpful tips on finding things in the locality. Nothing, especially not at the price. One suggestion, consider providing a sachet or two of decaf coffee by the kettle please!

We're lucky enough as our room reservation was upgraded with the same price. Warm welcome even if we arrived a little late, clear instructions from the super nice lady at the reception of the Hotel Arc en Ciel. Well-placed in front of the gare of Thonon-les-bains, with parking and calm area. Clean room and good bedding. The double door function was a great plus. We didn't hear any noise from the balcony. Breakfast was very good, perfect price quality ratio! I would recommend without hesitation! We will definitely come back the soonest. Maybe some additions of scrambled eggs/ bacons for breakfast and some fresh seasonal fruits to be perfect.

Nice to have fresh orange juice and a good selection of tea. Good choice of jams and honey. No possibility to eat anything hot and not a lot of healthy options, Fruit not very fresh and choices limited Hotel also uses lots of wasteful products like little pots of jam and honey. Water not very hot for making tea.

The staff were super friendly, and the restaurant is very nice. Beautiful Christmas decorations.

Very good

A cute hotel in a very good location. Gives sense of a local place to stay. Filled with flowers. Nice breakfast, all clean and fresh. The owners and the staff very polite.

Our room was in a different building across the street. The hotel is interconnecting multiple buildings and receptions. The downtown is just 5-8 min. walk away. The parking was ok, but it was at a different site then our room. The room was big enough and quiet.

Small homely feeling, swimming pool, a really nice place to stay, would definitely stay again, Bit of a walk into the centre, couldn't fault the property itself

Amazing hosts. Very quiet room and birds singing in the morning when we opened the window. Lovely!
