Staff was very helpful and kind from check-in with two bikes / vélos to check-out. We needed the front desk's help to request a large taxi (van) to move our bikes (in travel bags), luggage, and backpacks from the hotel to the train station. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant serves a good dinner meal (menu). The front desk team, the restaurant team, and housekeeping are first class. We would stay here again, esp during a heat wave (canicule) like that of mid-June to early July. They have air conditioning, which gives cyclists a break from the heat on non-ride days. Room was smaller than expected, but as advertised. It's Europe and things are different. Not a big deal for our short stay.

Near the lake, the staff are friendly Very dirty floors, there was a spider net on the seiling and a lot of dirt under the bed! The rooms are also very small although i took a triple room, no space to even walk

Just 1 min away from the Christmas Market, nice view towards the lake The hotel has no parking spaces of their own, you have to find one on the street or use the city parking houses - have stayed there on a few occasions and generally like the hotel, but I still find it a bit overpriced - for this money you get a bigger hotel room in Munich and Thonone is in no way comparable with it as a city

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Pamala who did exceptional work securing a taxi at a difficult time and Bernard in the restaurant/bar who introduced us to the best of the wines from Haute-Savoie. Locality was superb, easy access to the town and lakeside. We had no disappointments, for us it fitted the bill, perfectly!

The automatic check in didn't work .no one to help We roamed around and found the Ibis Thonon Mr Elio transformed hell into paradise Great staff Great breakfast with local chesse and fresh products Great location view on the lake a few mn away from city centre Everything was so clean Again Thak you Mr Elio good heart super professional!
