I did not like hotel. Too far to venue and was overcharged for a one night stay. Small room and thin walls. Heard everyone in hallway. Front desk could not resolve issue with hotel service problems.

The AC unit is old and makes noise when it kicks in and out of cycle twice an hour all night long, VERY LOUD They did update recently, but now they charge for parking and serve no free breakfast, Go Book Anywhere Else !

My credit card was charged $340.00 even thi i already paid through Expedia. And the phone number provided by Expedia and the internet search is not working. We only stayed for one night but it was a great experience. The ONLY thing negative is the ice machine was broken on our floor but we didn’t need it so no big deal. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and the check-in/out was very quick and easy. We would definitely go back

We just wanted somewhere to sleep after a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. This place was way nicer than we expected. I wish we had stayed there longer. We will certainly book this hotel any time we are back in the area.

Great establishment. We literally checked out of an adjacent hotel due to its poor conditions and we were extremely happy we did. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, humorous, and professional. We were surprising pleased with the snack bar choices and quality of food.

Construction outside was noisy when trying to rest. Sound barrier not great from other rooms and the noise from above me and beside me kept me from a good night's rest. Almost impossible to open patio door. Needs graphite or something in the track. Barely able to get baggage trolley into the room and hard to get in and out of the elevator with it.

I didn't like that I was not informed that they would be remodeling, my room windows were covered on the outside with a plastic making the room dark, and that there was no staff at the front desk when I tried to check out at 6:30 am so just left keys

Well, I wasn't told until after I booked the hotel (which was non refundable) Got an email days later about my stay it was construction going on. The restroom was not clean, the refrigerator didn't work or get cold, the refrigerator was also missing a wheel, so it was leaning, was switched to a different room, but the next room wasn't any better. AC didn't blow cold, only warm air, shower water pressure came out lowly and the hot water wasn't working. Only would get close to warm again, not HOT. Bed was super uncomfortable. & it had a blood stain on my blanket on the bed. Plus, the room was cramped up with all the things, making you hit your legs, going anywhere in the room. I will not be coming back. Do not go here!!!!

The hotel was undergoing renovations, water service was intermittent, dusty and noisy. There was no longer a pool which was considered for booking. Most disappointing was the coffee station, also included in the room as part of the rate, only decaf was available, so tea had to be purchased at the bar for $5.

The hotel smells terrible because of the ongoing renovation. When we get to our room there was a clump of tissue under the bed, the coffee maker is not clean, we have to run the water twice and it still showing bits of black stuffs. We ended up not using it.

It is a basic, clean hotel well positioned, safe and inexpensive. Only complaint at this time is that the hotel is undergoing renovation and there is ongoing construction. But there is no construction noise at night.

We came to this hotel due to the fact of moving & have been displaced due to other issues. I just came from another “Bonvoy” and had an issue with the ASM Meghan myers. The room was purchased under Expedia with a particular credit card & incidentals with a different card at the hotel front desk. As I was trying to fill up my vehicle and get dinner for the night I checked my account and noticed about $200 missing. The gentleman noticed and said it was weird but that is keeping me from getting another room because after paying for the move my funds are limited with everything I spend on. It’s very inconvenient and then we had to move rooms with one bed & sofa bed. We paid for 2 comfortable beds and the space.

Great location! Comfy beds, hotel was outdated with bad carpets and wallpaper. Elevator was small. Indoor pool was the reason we chose hotel, it was clean, great size but the ac in the room may have been broken cause it was extremely hot in the room. They had extra towels so you didn’t have to use room bath towels.

The room was spacious and allowed me to set up my office in the room since I was traveling for business ,and set up a space for my dog with her bed and things as well. Having the long tabletop with the fridge was so nice, and convenient to have so I can have snacks and water on hand. The room offered all the elements to feel at home and not just in another hotel room. Having the coffee bar just a few feet away was wonderful, and being able to go and order a burger at their cafe instead of needing to leave after a long day was so convenient. All of the staff were wonderful with my service who was welcomed...every time we walked through the door! The staff were amazing and made her feel at ease coming into the hotel, and that helped with the transition when coming to a new space for my service dog. The location is perfect! Right where all of the restaurants and shopping is without needing to get on the highway. The mall is one street over, along with additional shopping in Market Street, many restaurants to choose from, movie theater, walking trails and paths all over. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome, and I will be using Courtyard by Marriot for all of my future stays in the Woodlands!

The bathroom floor slopes, there’s still popcorn, ceilings, and the bathtub fixtures are loose. It’s not the standard of Marriott that I am used to at all. Reminded me more of a low class motel.

The staff at this hotel was some of the friendliest I have encountered. And this includes everyone from the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff. Every encounter included a big smile and if a request was made, it was promptly addressed. Thank you for your kindness!

The hotel is very run down and had an odor. It is in major need of repair and updating. They have you two waters in a bag that stunk so bad we threw them away.

Conveniently located on I-45 in Woodlands, easy to park and I loved forest like surroundings.

This Courtyard by Marriot is right off the Interstate and very close to a lot of shopping, dining and any grocery or gas stations. We stayed here on our way to Galveston to go on a cruise. Very convenient to everything and only a little over an hour away from the Ships.

It was very nice room. It was clean and air was on when we got there so we didn't have to wait to cool off while unpacking. Everything was very clean.

The bar was closed. The staff was rude at check in and not very helpful.

The service was great

Poor service, no house keeping , no towels , no nothing jut the plain room for 150 a night i expected extra towels at least
