Meals are served from 12 pm until 2:30 pm and 7 pm until 11 pm in the spacious dining room that can accommodate up to 150 people.

Interesting, airy, large comfortable room. With sitting area and bath. Unique ancient hotel. Practically on top of the cathedral ! There was a kind of fridge in my room. ..but it wasn't cold! Very central.

Location was superb. Breakfast/bar room was lovely. Dining experience was great. Very poor room. Very shabby. Carpet worn through. Bed was okay but they couldn’t supply any smaller pillows beyond the one we had. Two enormous hard pillows were horrible. Shower fitting was broken so had to be held. We had to ask for a broken bathroom fitting to be removed as it was in front of the basin at waist height. Air conditioning unit/heater was incredibly noisy - couldn’t sleep through it - had to get it turned off. Glad we weren’t there in winter or summer.

The location was great. Despite being in the middle of things the room was quiet. The staff were unfriendly and curt. We never felt welcome and always had to wait to be taken care of even when there was nobody else around.

The location is excellent in proximity to the Cathedral and the Christmas markets. Easy walk to anywhere in the old town. The rooms are tired and need a refurbish. Expensive due to Christmas season. Breakfast was minimal.

It was a first stay at Maison Kammerzell, only one night but what a delight! Our room was charming, impeccable, quiet and comfortable. The location is simply exceptional, close to this architectural wonder that is the Strasbourg Cathedral. What a pleasure to hear the bells and to admire that beauty at night. The service was excellent and very friendly. We had dinner with a dear friend at the restaurant and it was exceptional, choucroute au saumon with a picon bière! The next day, delicious breakfast with again a perfect friendly service. I highly recommend this place and I hope to have the pleasure to return.
