The location, staff, and breakfast. It didn’t seem like the rooms were very clean and the parking situation was rough.

Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and nice, especially storing our baggage while we visited the city after we checked out and until we went to the train station. They also called a taxi for us for the train station. They recommended a restaurant that we loved.

I sent complain and I didn’t have any response

Location Breakfast Cold welcome. Lack of help/ information from the staff concerning city visits, excursions … We were expecting slippers, shower caps, sewing kits; nevertheless we had a nice stay

Beautiful

Location, cleanliness and functionality Lack of hooks and racks for towels in bathroom. Be aware no direct access to hotel by car.
-
Location Our bathroom could have used better lighting, but we also had the room next door and the bathroom was well lit so it may have been just the one room.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and super clean and the view was amazing! Def reccomend staying here!

The family rooms are two level with a narrow staircase. Hard to get large bags up (we ended up leaving them at the lower level landing). Not a big deal.

Staff and location are good. For a 4 star hotel, the condition of the rooms was very disappointing. The hotel does not appear to be fully renovated, and upon entering the room it felt as though no updates had been made for a long time. The towels were discolored, the furniture was in poor condition, and the walls were scratched throughout the room. The flooring was old and dusty, creating an overall impression of poor maintenance. Additionally, although not directly the hotel’s responsibility, the heating and water heater turned off during the night, and the room temperature dropped to 16 degrees by morning. No complimentary breakfast, tea, or even basic amenities were offered, which is unexpected for a 4star property and gave the impression of a lack of professional service.

We were right in the heart of the Christmas markets and the Cathedral. Our room was very well appointed and on the backside of the property, overlooking their courtyard. This made it very quiet in the evenings, as the markets were incredibly crowded during weekend days. Nice quiet area at the back of the hotel entrance, which gave us a chance to unwind after the markets. The only negative was the buffet breakfast for 17 euros each. We decided to try it for the first morning of our stay, but were very disappointed. Many of the selections were depleted early and were not restocked. There were minimal choices available for the amount charged. We chose to eat in local patisseries for the following 2 mornings, and enjoyed those much better.

Wow, the cathedral right outside your door and teddy bear street. Lovely hotel. Room excellent, balcony overlooking the courtyard. Rooms spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful and curtious. Would definitely recommend. N/A

The location was fantastic to attend the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The cookies were a nice treat! Elevator wasn’t working when we left, so we carried our suitcases down several flights.

I did not use breakfast services. The hotel location was the best off all Was not related to the hotel, when were moving from the train station to the hotel, because of the road closed, the taxi driver drop off us in the farest check point and we have to walk about 1/2 hour with all our luggage and under the rain.

Great location. Central to everything. Pillows were very thick and firm.
-
The location could not have been better right on the square. Wonderful breakfast. Great cappuccino and eggs. There were very kind women who work in the restaurant and front desk who were so kind when I came down with a cold and made tea for me and brought it up to my room.

Parking is a little far

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The location was great but parking was difficult. We could not drive to the hotel but the staff were very helpful. You need to have a good guiding program. We would stay there again. No parking or driving at the hotel.

In the middle of all of the action. Restaurants out the front door and all the sights are within walking distance. The train station is about 1 mile away and it is a very easy walk. The chimes get a little loud in the morning.

To have an exercise mat available and a place to do some stretches.
