Hotel staff was very accommodating, garage parking available, although limited. Electrical problems, had to turn off the electricity in the room because one of the outlets (which was already hanging out of the wall) was making sparks.

We checked in, but the person in charge was not available. Some hotel staff (not the receptionist) scrambled to help us so we could settle into our rooms. That went above and beyond their duties. The following day, we were greeted by the main person at the front desk, who was absolutely lovely. He made sure everything was going well during our stay and apologized for what had happened during check-in. On the second day, my mother caught a cold and had to stay behind. We ordered hot tea, and every time we asked for hot water and cups, the staff provided them. The hotel is also steps away from a newly opened boulangerie, which we loved! The property is old but still perfectly acceptable to stay in. The location is a bit far from the main train station. The hotel didn’t provide washcloths or conditioner—only towels, a shampoo/body wash combo, and soap. I'm not used to taking a bath (I prefer a stand-up shower), and having to stand up while holding the shower head caused water to splash everywhere. I was hoping for at least a shower rod with a curtain. Also, the room lighting was quite dim, which I didn’t like.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Great bakery across the street. Warm. Plenty of public transit. Nice staff. Online it said “parking Available “. But…. It was on street only and for the 5 hours we needed - it was €35!!! Later we were told that if we parked a block away - it was much less.

Continental breakfast served in the room, on time. Bed was a bit small for two people.

This was a work trip and the location was perfect since it was walking distance to the Council of Europe! Room was big and clean, felt very traditional as well. Wished there was a coffee machine/kettle in the room & free water. Not much restaurants in the area.
-
It was near the Council of Europe where i attended a conference. The hotel staff were also friendly. Limited choice of breakfast

Beautiful. I love that it wasn’t modern and had an old time feel. The ceilings were so tall, I loved the double doors to the room, the ceiling medallion was beautiful, and the wood work was gorgeous.

Almost everything is good. It will be better to have a better hairdryer and iron in the room as well.

Staff 24/24 available. Great location close to Parc Orangerie but also within a walking distance from the center.

The location was nice, near the beautiful Orangerie. The room was clean and the room service was very efficient and promptly done every day. The room was tiny. My wife and I had to constantly squeeze by each other when we were in the room. Same for the bathroom. The bed was too short for a 6 foot 4 man like me, but of course the room could not have fit any longer bed. Parking was a real challenge. I drove the rental car into a small entrance hallway with half an inch space on either side. It would have been a huge hassle had I scratched the vehicle.

Nothing much. Just the exterior of the building in the front is nice but behind that all is scary bad They wanted to charged me 135€ and i showed them the price on booking which was 125€ They agreed and gave me the key of the room 33. Without any assistance or directions to the room. I took the elevator and check all the floors and I couldn’t have found the room. I got back to reception and said there is no room 33. He told me there is a mistake sorry, you room is in the other bulding behind of the main one. We passed through a construction area and arrived the other bulding but It wasn’t anything like I booked on Booking.com. Top of that the additional building is not even showned or mentioned in the booking.com And also there was a pricing in the room door, showing that price is 105€ only(i pairs 125€) Other day i talked to responsible asking for 20€ they charged me extra and they claimed booking.com is expensive next time call us directly and do not use booking.com And the manner of the responsible was with hatred. You should have seen his face, not welcoming at all Overall, i’ve been lied on price and room… and i couldnt talk to responsible it was all him just shouting.. If you’d care my opinion I wouldnt get anywhere close to this hotel

Location: little far from the city center but bus stops is nearby. Isolation: you can hear your neighbor walking on the parquet or talking in the corridor. Some standard utilities were missing such as Kleenex paper, kettle and coffee tray
