It's very noisy because of the tram, and because of the insulation one can hear everything that is going on in other rooms. It was very hot, I think the heating was on, despite it was 20 C outside.
-
Water temperature never stayed the same, the room smelled bad, no hand soap (only body wash), extremely thin walls
-
I like nothing about this hotel Bad staff, dirty room, small room, dark room, not clean at all,
-
Very convenient on the tram line

Fantastic location! Less than a minute from both bus and tram stops, making commutes effortless. It’s also perfectly situated for students, as it’s only a few minutes on foot from the UNISTRA Faculty of Law and the CROUS restaurant. The unit is lean but lacks proper upkeep. The floors were dusty with cobwebs in the corners, and the bathroom had a strange, lingering smell. It definitely needs a deeper clean. I did have clean towels and sheets though (they didn't give me new towels every day, only when I asked for clean ones). You should leave the key with the receptionists each time you go out of the hotel. If you come back late at night, you should ring a lot so someone comes and opens the door of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the stuff is very helpful and cheerful. The room is clean not wide but still narrow . The heater is good the douch is excellent. I took the room no. 2 beside the reception, it was little bit noisy as the window beside the traum. They told us before, but we took it to check in early

Good location and very kind staff! The room was a bit small, but for the price we paid, it is understandable.

The location was excellent, easy to reach other areas of Strasbourg via tram. The room was cleaner than expected. The elevator was helpful for carrying luggage. The room was small for the price. It would be nice if breakfast was included.

The shower was ok. My bed broke and the staff didnt care and did nothing to fix the situation, no towels in the room, tv didnt work. Stain on the sheet. Only offered the lift when we were leaving. No city views since the blinds didn't open.

In front of a market, restaurant and tram station, so everything you need is near the Hotel. The room was so small and the heater doesn’t work properly.

Location, cleanliness, spacious room and the most important thing is the friendliness and helping nature of the staff. They went beyond what is usual to make my stay a pleasant experience.

relatively cheap for this town and you really know it by the shabby entrance. I don't recommend this place but if it is all that you can afford you could do worse. there was a good selection of local restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean. staff were coolly business like but not rude. shabby. foyer lounge area full of big African men lounging and yelling their conversation. brothel chic pokey room and "very firm" bed. could be very noisy if there were bad guests in closely adjoining rooms (was not noisy for me however, probably just lucky).

the room and the location were great. I liked everything

Like almost in every hotel in France no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is located in a pretty part of town close to the University. The tram stop is about 50M from the front of the hotel. It is an easy walk to the touristy part of the city. The hotel staff (I interacted with one man and one woman) was wonderful. So polite, professional and helpful. The hotel is in good repair and clean. The beds were good/comfortable (mine and I questioned my friends about their room). We all had hot water and good water pressure for showering. The hotel held our luggage after our stay until leaving in the early evening - that was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. I don't know how difficult it is to find parking as I came by train.

Perfect location Our room was facing the back of the building and unfortunately, due to both the awkward shape of the room and the structure of the building itself, it received almost no natural light. Even during the day, we had to keep the lights on. The room felt quite stuffy and smelled of dampness. The bathroom, in particular, had a strong musty and moldy smell, and the air was so humid and stale that it was almost hard to breathe. Additionally, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was quite inconvenient
