The location is in the heart of Old Strasbourg. It's nestled in a 16th-century convent that is still owned by the church. I liked the extra pillows, fan, and black out curtains. The classic feel of the hallways was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared shower was very modern and squeaky clean. The stair carpet needs to be refreshed, and some of the furnishings in the public areas could be reupholstered.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel was located near the center. In the night at some point there was some noise but not much either

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She also helped me with my luggage which is uncommon in European hotels.

The hotel sits comfortably near the petit France and Cathedral. By walking you can reach everywhere in the old neighbourhood. Close to many restaurants and cafes, its ideal for couples, friends and solo travellers. The Hotel is an heritage building converted into a very nice, clean and amazing hotel. The room was big, lot of space to keep luggage, bathroom was big and nice. Lot of towels provided along with soap. The closed balcony added an old world charm to the room. The view towards the neighbourhood garden was beautiful. There is no air con. They have provided a table fan which was super useful. Since it was a hot day, i feel having an A/C would have helped. But considering the usual weather in the place, the fan is probably a good deal.

Great location in central Strasbourg and a grand old building with decent sized rooms. Earlier check in than standard. The place was quite run down, could be an amazing hotel but was all a bit tired and old. Main staircase was very squeaky and the toilet paper and towels were very cheap. I'd expect a bit more for the price. Nothing downright awful but not fabulous either.

it’s a very sweet old-fashioned little hotel right in the centre of strasbourg. it is rooms and just rooms no restaurant or breakfast BUT for the price it is very clean great facilities & perfect for a short stay! loudish neighbours but it is an old building & thin walls are to be expected

Lovely big room. Gorgeous, heritage hotel, sensational location, friendly staff (when they are there). Didn't realise my shower was on the next level. I knew I didn't have a private bathroom, but probs worth letting guests know where it is.

Perfect location to cenrtale city Air conditional system. Bed quality.

Very close to many attractions. Provided a fan. Facilities were very clean. Had a code to enter the building so was very secure. The facilities were spread apart. The shower head wouldn’t stay on and there wasn’t a sink in the bathroom so you had to wash your hands in your room.
