Great stay overall! The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, which really made a difference. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Secure building, with an elevator. Just a three minute walk from a tram stop, and a seven minute walk to the center of the old town. Room was small, but comfortable with tea/coffee and a kettle. Bed was great, and could control the heat in the room a plus. Was a pricy for the size of the room.

The staff was great! Breakfast spread was pretty good and the room was a great space. Kids had a great time at the pool. Reception said kids were free at breakfast but then we got charged. We resolved it though.

Near to tram & shops. It advertises itself as having a pool. This is technically not a lie. However, to be able to do laps in this pool, I would need to to be roughly the size of a rabbit.

Easy check in and accommodated me earlier than the usual check in time. That was great. Thanks. A one night stay, pleasant and convenient to the tram for the city and station.

The building is beautiful and in a great location . The welcome was warm and friendly I had a lovely room very comfortable. I paid to use the spa which was fabulous after a day sightseeing. I also had dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast . Food was fantastic and all the staff were so kind.r

Comfortable bed and tea and coffee available. Clean room. Good price and location was good. Shower was hard to access as over bath and no bath mat so very slippy. I waited for ten minutes at reception after ringing the bell before a lady said someone is coming soon -10 mins later I had to shout again. Whilst waiting I also saw on the notice board that they sold fois gras in the restaurant -which is a total no for me.

The location is good for city center, food and beverage places are very close. Room design is simple and relaxing. There is a big park place which is closed area (with payment) very near with 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast is standart according to other hotels. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is clean enough. No any negative.

I got chemical burns on my skin all over my body due to the chlorine level in the jacuzzi (or the pool) that was way too high at the wellness center, my bathing suit completely lost all its colors and my silver ring got totally oxidation due to the chemical reaction.

Located just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely old building with some unique features. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was cold buffet type but really good, great variety. Our room was not in the same building but a few doors down the street. Although very comfortable and all the required facilities the room was a little tired and could do with updating.

Lovely hotel middle of the centre of Strasbourg with restaurant with traditional French and German cuisine,staff was really attentive ,lady in reception was really helpful and welcoming I would like to return one day
