None of the usb ports worked to charge my phone. The bed was definitely firm. I could not sleep. I had a sheet and a bed spread. No blanket.

The free breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. A lot of choices including great pastries. French toast seemed old and tough. Beds the most comfortable and more amenities than any other hotel I have stayed in. Clean rooms and Staff very friendly.

I would say this was an average stay and I probably would choose a different place next time. The furnishings in our room were old/ripped.

I cancelled my reservation weeks in advance. I called to make sure it was cancelled too. But they are saying we were a no show and are charging us for 1 night. The only time I received any communication from Home2suites was the day after my reservation.
