Booked a room sent my brother there to check in after working all day. The reservation got canceled, took the money out of my account and still haven't seen the refund

FIRST OFF, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ROOM. WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT, I GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AND WHEN THEY ASKED IF I HAD A MARRIOTT ACCOUNT THAT THE COULD APPLY POINTS TO AN I SAID NO, I GOT AN EVEN BIGGER ATTITUDE. I AM VER Y UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS STAY. THE PLACE WAS VERY OUTDATED AND DIRTY. FOR $300 I EXPECTED BETTER.

Close to blossom music center. Beds were very comfy. Room was clean other than the curtains were ripped. Staff was very nice and attentive!

Foyer/Entry is welcoming enough, however, room is motel like. Dirty, bed is old worn uncomfortable. Bathroom was just gross- urine stained wallpaper by toilet area, type gross.
