The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.

Hotel is ok. I like the idea 2 bathroom separate from each other. 2 people can use the bathroom at the same time.

My itemized cost to pay at the property increased with two days parking fee. I went back and nothing on the website included the parking fee. We were not aware of those fees.

The staff was friendly, though not helpful at times. The concierge seemed grumpy and in a hurry. She said the shuttle runs every hour to the beach, but couldn’t say what time each hour. We waited over an hour and finally gave up. The room was clean and neat. The facilities were clean. Check-in and out were quick and easy.

Location is perfect This property is old. It needs an update in a bad way.

We arrived early @ 12:30pm and the concierge wanted to charge me an extra $25 for early check in. My parents were able to check in without a charge and the person that helped them was able to check me in. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking. They were able to give me a different room.

There are no water stations so bring water if you don’t want to pay premium price for it, hotel provided two tiny complimentary water bottles. Also walk to the beach water is quite distant , the nearest beach is “private” so fee of $20 per adult to go to beach, or go around to the free beach by walking ~40 minutes.

I parked at self parking. Every morning the ground crew just blow the dust from a gated parking lot directly to our area in order to clean up the other section of the fenced parking lot. I need to use water and towels to clean the glass windows before I can drive. I need to do a car wash to clean all the dust and dirt. They just simply move the dirt to our parking area instead of cleaning it up. I probably will not be staying in this hotel in the future

My room was clean and I liked having two bathrooms. The food was good and fairly reasonable.

Big Hotel casino & and no water refill machine? Asked luggage carrier "he said I can refill water in a room" Tap water? Toilet water? shower water? No Way!!!

There were two full bathrooms! One with a tub/shower, one with a walk in shower!

It is an old facility that needs updates, but the location is awesome! We really liked the fact that our room had 2 bathrooms and the bedroom was spacious. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable & our neighbors had their music blasting.
