Great location in walking distance to many places. Comfortable bed and hosts responsive and helpful. Parking lot is very tight and unit is a little dark.

There was no breakfast This is a dog hotel and dogs are barking early morning and wakes you up, The desk they had in the room and the chair was should be replaced and there is no where to plug in because there is no outlet, When you arrive to the hotel and try to check in but find out they have closed their office and you have to make call outside to another country to learn how to check in or get instruction from them.

What a wonderful stay! The location of this Lodge was perfect. So close to everything and a fraction of the price. There is a delicious coffee shop next door, and a fantastic taco shop next door in the other direction. Grateful they give discount vouchers to access the beach. I'd day best of all is their communication! After I booked, I nearly immediately got a welcome message, and every time I had a question, they provided an immediate response. The staff was exceptionally kind and courteous as well. Very happy with this stay and I'll stay there again. The only downside for me was that the bed was very firm. I know that's great for some but it was a bit too firm for me so I ended up padding the bed some myself. But that won't stop me from booking her again.

The place doesn't look like much but the rooms were very nice. I never met the staff as everything was done remotely. There was no elevator and we had a room on the second floor and a had a lot of luggage. That definitely sucked.

The room was very nice and roomy, the king size bed was perfect, very comfortable. Unfortunately the location of the room was right next to the laundry room so all you heard all day/night was the slamming of that door… The a/c worked great but the heater did not work, fortunately we had a fireplace that kept us plenty warm. Also no internet so we couldn’t really watch tv.. But the staff was super friendly and always ready to help.

Clean updated room. I was a little skeptical given the condition of the outside but I believe that Is a work in progress. The inside of the rooms were great. Great shades to keep the light out too. Thanks for a comfortable place to lay my head for a few nights

quaint clean room. proximity to many of Lake Tahoe's entertainment centers. the lake 2 blocks away on one side the casinos and tourist shops 1 block away on the other side. I made an error booking my stay. I had booked for 6/4 our stay in Reno and thought I had booked our stay for Lake Tahoe 6/5 - 6/6 in actuality I had booked 6/4 - 6/5. we arrived 6/5 and 6/6 we were alerted checkout at 11am and found my error. they could not extend our stay as they said they were booked. it was my fault for not paying attention to my confirmation message but I hope that Booking.com will employ an alert when a person books a stay and dates may overlap that a message would tell the consumer that they may be in error with their date requests.

Never talked to a human. It would have been nice to know I as disabled veteran I was going to be assigned an upper floor with no elevator
