Radisson Hotel St. Paul Downtown

The air conditioning did not work. The staff attempted to fix it and gave us a fan. There were no other rooms available to move to.

The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!

Spacious, clean, modern room. Breakfast was typical; in-room coffee actually was tasty. Sink was slow to drain. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

The hotel was slightly difficult to get to because of all the road construction. The room and inside common areas were clean. Breakfast was average. Parking was $15 a day in a lot secured by a gate with an access code. With the exception of the bartender at the lounge, the staff seemed indifferent. The outside patio was nice except for the tweaker who was there often.

Coffee/hot tea is only available during breakfast hours. Breakfast bar ran out of plates and napkins nearly every morning. Breakfast tables were not kept wiped down regularly. Walls are thin. It was easy to hear our neighbors, even though they weren’t being noisy.

Hot tub was great! Breakfast was okay for short stay. Nice helpful staff. Quiet. Safe. Clean. Location to Everything we wanted to do was perfect! Only thing I had an issue with was the bed sucked. Everything else was fine for me. Traveled as a couple. Nice get away.

Bed was very comfortable! And peaceful room! Staff were so accommodating!

The breakfast was quite good. Would have liked more fruit options though the fresh pineapple was delicious! The dining area needs updating and seating needs replacement. Stains can be seen on cushions. Upholstery does not hold up well in a restaurant; seating needs to be more easily cleaned on a daily basis.

The room had minor damage in the bathroom. The breakfast staff did not replenish the items as needed so a few items were unavailable.

I thought the staff was nice and the place was clean. The breakfast was good too Someone opened our door and the front desk said it was a mix up of rooms . But it started our stay off a little rocky . And the pool was super crowded
