We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating when we were missing a hairdryer. The general manager was quick to get us one. We were very pleased.

The floor in our room was absolutely filthy! We ended up cleaning it with our used towels because it was so sticky and black. Our feet were so dirty after walking on it we could even get into the bed. Also you need to install strips into the bath tub. It was so slippery and extremely dangerous!

This was my first time at this particular hotel. I travel often and stay in many hotels so I know a good or bad hotel when I see it. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. I cannot think of anything they might have done to improve it. Whoever trained the staff did an excellent job because they were not only friendly, but competent and professional.

Rooms are a little small but ours was clean! Could use a few more towels/washcloths. Staff was friendly and location was great for us.

The staff was very friendly and my room was very clean and inviting. The choices for the continental breakfast were satisfying. Plenty of great parking. Overall a very nice facility to visit. This was my 3rd visit and all of the above have been consistent each visit.

The breakfast was good , the shower had excellent water pressure, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was hair throughout the room, including under the sheets, in the shower, on the bathroom counter, and on the nightstands. The floor was also very sticky, which made the room feel unclean. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively, and the bed was not as comfortable as I had expected. I wish the room had been cleaned more thoroughly before my arrival!!!

Handicap parking needs to be re-striped. Hard to see where to park. Charging for parking maintenance is not being used. Hot breakfast was not good. Coffee was good. Front desk workers were very friendly.

The breakfast was good. The hotel/motel was on a par with others of its ilk. Room was fine. Standard Car park view. Showers fine, bed comfortable. Quiet, as it's back from the road a bit. Very lively cockroach in the lobby. Spending a bit more on cockroach control can work wonders.
