Very pleased with hotel…check-in very simple and easy, parking accessible, hotel within 10 to 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Memphis. Did not use pool or breakfast amenities, but they were offered to us, room was updated comfortable bed and pillows.

Shower was clogged so bottom of the tube was dirty.

Everything smelled good and was very clean.

There was not hot water! I couldn't shower and when we told the receptionist she was rude and said someone was coming but didn't know what time.

Very nice place! Breakfast was great however keep the coffee brewing so no wait time is needed.

The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update.

Was locked out of my room due to door knob battery going dead and staff taking 45 min to get maintenance to come swap out batteries

It was okay, loud airplanes kept us from sleeping everynight. We had a very hard time getting towels daily as well.

We fly out of Memphis probably 4-6 times a year on early flights. This is the perfect spot to stay and the room was very nice. Great food choices too!

Generally, it was clean, convenient, and safe. When I pulled up on it, I thought that it was a brand new modern hotel. Once inside, I realized that it was a renovation of a cheap ancient hotel. The rooms are mostly redone and modern, but the microwave was at least 20 years old and the TV about 10. My room had no drapes and a parking lot light lit the room up like Noon all night. Basic place to sleep if you are in need. Breakfast was costly so we passed. Get a discount and do not expect much.

The door didn’t lock, there was no facial soap, check in was 30 minutes, we were not given room by the elevator as requested (I’m disabled), breakfast was terrible and not included. There’s more…

I rated it 4 stars because the check-in began with a friendly greeting. However, the clerk's attention shifted from assisting me to the customer checking in beside me, and there was no apology for this change. The hotel breakfast was offered with my booking on line for $29, volunteered announced at $11.99 during checkin, then there was a posted sign at the entrance of restaurant for $13.99. My room was very clean and comfortable. My night in rest was pleasant, quiet and refreshing.

Clean room, no free breakfast like the holiday inn express & suites. Hot water was the biggest problem-it was either scolding or cold-no in between.

Toilet was stopped up in one of the rooms. Sofa bed was extremely nasty in that same room. Babies were yelling, running and crying all night which is no fault of the hotel.

I was woken up out of my sleep due to itching. Cut the light on and there were bugs in my bed, on my pillows.

refrigerator made a loud clicking noise all night long i finally had to get up and pull it out from the wall and unplug it so we could get some sleep; and the airconditioner was even worse! Each time it cut off and back on there was a terrible screeching sound which of course made it almost impossible to get any sleep. I told the attendent the next morning about all of this and she said, cold and unconcerned, "oh, well - i hope you have a good day do you want a receipt?"

The maids are very efficient. They pay attention to every detail. I saw them wiping down the entry doors. The bathroom was excellent. Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly. The kitchen staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

I was still charged for this room even though I couldn’t stay because of their policy for not having more than 4 people in the room which was my nieces for their party and they didn’t want to accommodate them but wanted me to buy another room because they had a disturbance the night before

Excellent hotel, friendly service, bar was very nice and clean, and room was great. Parking was very easy and safe. I would stay here again when visiting Memphis or Southaven.

The next morning we asked for another room with a walk in shower. Ok, We were given another room on 6/9 with no problem. I discovered there was no Hairdryer. They did not have another hairdryer that evening , we had to wait till morning. Ok, We got a hair dryer in the Morning of 6/10. That hairdryer didnt work so we brought it back down in about 10/15 minutes.We discovered that evening we had left a couple pieces of clothing in room #210 so we asked if they had them , the housekeeping was gone for the night so they would check with them in the morning. By the time we were checking out they were still checking with housekeeping. They were never found. Ok! Also when we returned to the room on the evening of the 10th the beds had not been made up. The wet towels were picked up so we know housekeeping had been there. Ok, When we were checking out we let them know our concerns, which mostly seemed the housekeeping problems. As we were about to say goodbye after standing there and talking with one of the women for a few min. the other woman said… on your bill is a miscellaneous charge of $35.00. So I questioned why? It was for a broken hairdryer. Now A problem! We had the hairdryer for about 10/15 minutes and brought back to the desk. We did not break it! We were not told about this till after we check out! We will not be staying with HI again Needless to say we are VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I didn't like how small the bathroom is. If I wanted to shower with the bathroom door open to keep an eye on my child I couldn't. Because the bathroom has to be closed inorder to get in or out of the shower.

I had booked a suite for one night. Got to the property and was given a standard room with no explanation why or without any monetary relief.

I was charge extra, stating that I smoked in a room I only used to bath, change clothes and leave. Was barely in the room the housekeeper went through the garbage can and said me and my wife smoked in the room when we know for a fact we barely was in the room.

Check in was really fast, and my room was nice, warm and clean. I even loved how they had Dove products in the bathroom. It was quiet, and ha a lot of food places and shopping not too far from the hotel. Will stay here again in the future when I visit.

The property is clean but by the airport so it was loud late at night. The parking lot lights were also very bright inside the room wven with the shades fully closed and the bathroom does not have ventilation or fan when the steam from the shower fills the bathroom. The overall experience was nice.

The property was a fairly decent property. However, I did not like the conjoined doors and the pillows caused me to have neck pains because they were too soft. I know they aren't doing any renovations anytime soon, but if they could; the bathrooms could use it because they are super tight and small. Overall, it wasnt a bad stay. I felt very safe and secure.

Like the Avid hotel (IHG) I stayed at 3 weeks earlier, the mattress was super uncomfortable. It’s like a futon mattress. The AC wasn’t able to keep the humidity in the room down unless you set it to 66 so that it ran constantly.

The room door was open when I got to my room. There was an issue with the door, it wouldn't open from the outside. Was very concerned about my safety.

The stay was ok. I changed rooms twice because of the cleaniness the manager was so nice. The next day no clean service complained and stated that I needed it for the remainder. The next day no service. I paid over $700 for the stay also breakfast was not good but the people who served was very nice.

I booked an IHG property, I suddenly realized it was the wrong location. I cancelled immediately & rebooked at this property. I wasn’t refunded, so I ended up paying approx $400 for a 1 night stay. However, the actual stay was pleasant, although I’m bitter about the nonnegotiable outcome.
