The front desk 10/10. Sadly enough I did not have the same great experience, compared to other guests. Our bed sheets were dirty I had to go to the front desk and ask for a replacement. The jacuzzi jet was broken and chipped I scratched my back, also the jacuzzi never got hot at best warm. The walls are thin, we heard the upstairs guest steps. And water running echoed through the room

The room was in bad need of being updated with new appliances that were all plugged into a dangling power strip! The phone didn't work at all (not even a dial tone and the manager came to our room to check and see that it was plugged in but never got us a new one). The tub (old red paint showing through in spots of white paint) and bathroom had recently been poorly repainted with un-cleaned up, dry paint all over the floor! The fireplace only had flames for 5-10 min so there was no ambiance in the room. Some of the windows wouldn't open so we had to run the noisy A/C all night. All in all, I paid way too much and would appreciate a refund! The only thing pleasant was RJ, the manager.

No staff on site. Sign in and lobby at next door motel. Room is small and old. Bathtub had no anti-slip strips or mat. TV was small. Hotel is old and outdated.

    Location

The hot tub, fireplace, and large walk-in shower were the highlights of the room. The room lacked privacy, had limited amenities, weak shower pressure, a loud air conditioner, and an inconvenient layout. I would rate my stay 2.5 out of 5 stars. There were both positive and negative aspects to my stay. The hot tub worked well, the fireplace was nice, and I appreciated the large walk-in shower. The hardwood flooring was also a nice touch. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The room was located on the second floor, and the first step leading upstairs was unusually high, making it difficult to navigate. The room only had one nightstand and no bedside lamp. Lighting was controlled only by wall switches, which was inconvenient. The mini refrigerator was placed next to the bed and served as a partial nightstand because the coffee maker tray was sitting on top of it. The room lacked several basic amenities I would expect, including an alarm clock, microwave, desk, and chair. While an iron was provided, there was no ironing board. The shower head had very weak water pressure, and the air conditioner was quite loud during operation. Privacy was also a concern. The curtains did not fully close or stay secured, and I had to use my shoes to keep the edges together to prevent people from seeing into the room. There is also a wall mirror behind the room door that reflects the window area, making it possible to see outside from the bed and creating additional privacy concerns. The antique closet contained the luggage rack, which made it somewhat inconvenient to access. The property still uses very small 1-ounce bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash, which may not be sufficient for some guests. Lastly, the bed was very high, and at 5'2" it was somewhat difficult for me to get in and out comfortably. What could have been better?

The location was good, the bed was comfortable The wardrobe in the room smelt heavily of cigaretter smoke, not much room for movement once our bags were in the room

For some reason, we ended up with the ADA room without requesting it. So, there was no jacuzzi but the shower was quite large. The bed filled the majority of the room but we didn’t need much space so it was fine. All the amenities were great, especially the fire place. The day we were checking out the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door early in the morning to see if we had left so they could get the room ready, which wasn’t a big deal it was just pretty early so I thought it was abnormal. Overall, great place! Walking distance from downtown mostly.

The room is clean with hot water and close to all attractions. The guy in the front desk was really helpful and friendly. The room is really small. Without an oven and even a table. I got some takeout and i was not able to heat it. I also struggled to eat that in the room since there is no chair and table. The heavenly inn next to this property have same rates and better rooms.

El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, si lo prendes en la noche no se puede dormir y la ventana del baño no tiene cortina o algo que la cubra entra la luz a las 5 de la mañana, y no se puede dormir.
