It was very clean..so close by to every thing..we parked our car and never drove and worried about parking we walked cause everything was so close by..RK at the front desk was very nice and friendly smooth check-in and check out..I would literally stay there again..

Location As soon as we checked into our room we found black mold in the bathroom. We asked for a refund we’re told no, and the owner refused to even communicate directly with me. A very frustrating and disrespectful experience.

The hotel is affordable and clean with free parking.

Bed was comfortable. Great location. Easy check in process. Floors could use a deep mop our feet were instantly black and the shower had zero water pressure/stream. You could barely rinse the soap off. There’s no way you could wash your hair.

Location to shops, restaurants and casinos was good. Noisy at night. Room above us was unusually loud/seem to be stomping feet. Walls seemed thin/could hear our neighbors.

The room was spacious and contained a kitchenette. The bathroom was well supplied. The beds have good mattresses.

Location was great, two blooks off the main hwy, made it quiet at night. Front desk was cooperative and helpful. They scheduled a driveway repair, in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, not on a weekday workday. We had jack hammers and other heavy equipment, right outside our room, for at least 2 hours and we were trying to relax after a morning of hiking and swimming. I don't blame the front desk, I blame management for this terrible inconvenience,

The staff member was attentive and polite. The location is convenient and close enough to the casinos, beach and hiking sites.

Our room was huge... 2nd floor on the corner over the office. Very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. The big plus for this hotel is the location... walking distance to casinos and Heavenly Village shops, restaurants, and Marriott Hotel(s) and gondola. Hotel was very quiet at night. I would stay at this hotel again. We had a corner-style 3-sided shower which was a little cramped but doable. The bed itself was comfortable but the blankets/bed covers could have been thicker, maybe provide a comforter, as the nights at Tahoe were definitely cold, even in May.

Very clean and well kept property. Staff was very nice Not much everything was pretty good. It is a little noisy because the walls are so thin.
