The room was beyond nasty. It smelled horrible, because they were busy we failed to request a clean room. Big mistake. It was a torturous 2 days in a filthy room. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Bed lines didn’t look like they had been changed. Carpet was disgusting. Room was hot, from previous guests leaving the heat on. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy . I would never stay in such a dive again, nor would I recommend it to others. If i could give it zero stars i would!!

Close to food and college Hotel is under repair on all floors, looks pretty sketchy in the hallways. Room was good.

Location The other guest at the hotel were loud and acted juvenile despite being adults. I didn’t use the pool or the gym or even go to the free breakfast just to stay away.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The pet-friendly side of the hotel had a horrible odor, and when I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told it was just the cleaning spray, but the smell never went away. There was also no hot water during our stay. The window in our room was cracked, and although I reported it, I was only told it would be noted. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, and the lights flickered constantly. While the location and staff were great, the condition of the room made for a poor overall experience.

I could be wrong but it appears this building is used as a homeless shelter! Pulled in and there were multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot. Room was decent, bath tub was filthy and the halls smelled like marijuana at all times of the day and night!

The staff and all the people we came in contact with were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, very near the highway with easy access to restaurants etc. The bedroom was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Although the lobby and check in area was very nice and beautiful the building generally looked like it was being worked on or had been worked on but not finished. It looked as though new windows had been put in but the molding and finishings were not complete or installed, but very rough. The windows needed washing. The tub faucets in both rooms were odd; they were labeled red for hot and blue for cold but to get hot water the handle had to go completely around two and half times, the covering fixture over the sink lights was broken in one of the rooms---just seemed undone. The WI-FI didn't work. There was a strong citrus smell of disinfectant or cleaning fluid throughout the hotel, except thankfully in the room.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. But side doors don’t work, water temperature in the rooms shower couldn’t be adjusted, microwave was inoperable both in the room and at the breakfast buffet.

Fairly clean room. Had to place a bar of soap on the shower floor bc there are no shelves or baskets for such. Facility itself is run down. I can’t tell if they are in the middle of a remodel or if this is how it is. Two night minimum for graduation weekend is a ripoff. Would not stay there again.

Lights behind bed didn't work. Could use a bit of a refreshing. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices.

The room was dirty. The beds were hard as a rock. It’s advertised as having a hot tub but when we got there, there wasn’t one!!! The side door doesn’t work with the room key cards. The workers are foreign and barely speak English, very hard to understand
