Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely book again in the future

I had a room with one King bed. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate. Not a wide selection, but had what I wanted. Oatmeal, yogurt, toast and coffee (there is more than just oatmeal). My only complaint is the signage at the road. I drove by it a couple times because the sign is covered, but it's my understanding they are doing renovations and I'm sure the sign will be out soon. I would definitely stay there again. I booked it through Hotels.com and got a good price.

This hotel was bought and is in transition so much construction was going on. It was not terrible but things like access doors from certain parking entrances were closed making having to walk all way from back of hotel to front entrance was annoying. This and things like pool being closed would have been okay IF I had been made aware prior to booking. Staff at check-in, although friendly, were consistently loud while taking with each other and certain customers. To point of not being able to hear ambient music. Continental breakfast, besides, hard boiled eggs, has no good protein options. Focus on waffles and cereal.

Decent price and great location

Affordable room that was basic but clean in a relatively safer area. Breakfast was good.

Pool was unavailable. Elevator in our side of the hotel not working. Basically all the amenities we rented the room for were unavailable.

Clean rooms, great price and a decent breakfast. One of the best things for me was having bright lights in the room. Very friendly front desk staff.

Staff are wonderful. Property has great potential but remodeling was going on during the week. Work crews left too much paint buckets, ladders, tools and trash when they left for the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable but phone didn't work. Breakfast good, clean area and lower price than the dump Suburban Studios right across the street.

The property is being renovated but the lobby, eating area and my room were in good shape. Very good deal for the price.

No pool. No courtyard. Only one working elevator. Apparently the company is switching coffee services for the rooms, so they ran out of regular coffee pods!

It was ok. Doing renovations.

First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of it. Just felt it wasn't maintained. I hope with renovations it will be better. The hotel was very loud, doors slamming and people talking in the next room. You could hear everything. We will not stay here again.

Hotels.com royally messed up the reservation and allowed a few dozen people to overbook a fully booked hotel. This review is for the service hotels.com and not the lodge itself. The people at the lodge were desperately trying to handle the booking errors on hotels.com part and were calling every hotel within a 25 mile radius to help out the numerous customers that were basically abandoned by this shady booking service.

First off the pool was not open and that's why we chose that place. The website didn't say it was closed so we were disappointed when we found out. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and I had a bed cralling on me.

The stuff was very helpful. When we got there it was after midnight we walked into the room and find earwigs all over the place and black hair everywhere. There was not much we could do at that hour then we couldn’t even change rooms for they was booked.

In the middle of a remodel. Looks like they are making it nicer. A little disappointed that the pool wasn't available. I didn't see that the pool was under construction on the website but may have missed it if they did.
