The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the abundance of space outside of our room: the rooftop terrace and plunge pool, the outdoor terrace on the first floor, the large salon with couches and chairs. The limoncello spritz at the rooftop bar was great, but be sure to try all of their other spritz flavours! Highly recommend the violet.

When you eventually establish the actual location of the hotel, it is in a great spot just down from the main square. Room was clean and comfortable and well serviced daily. My wife is gluten free and she was presented with a good selection of cereals, rolls and breads at breakfast. No coffee/tea making facilities in room, not great when you just want to relax in the room. When I questioned this at reception the best offer was a kettle, but no cups or coffee or tea! Also, the TV reception is terrible for non-Italian channels so if you want to keep up with the news whilst relaxing in the room (with no coffee or tea), I suggest you brush up on your Italian language skills!

The location was perfect. The breakfast was substantial and tasty.

We loved this Hotel so close to the Main Piazza Tasso. In the heart of Sorrento. The Staff are outstanding from first greeting to the Awesome Roof Top Bar and Pool Area. As stated by other guests Pepe is simply Fantastico. Would recommend for Sure and would stay hear again Grazie This is not the Hotel problem. Although an awesome location you can not drive up to the Hotel front door. When at the main square you have to walk down an alley to get into the hotel. When following Waze it will take you down a super busy road crazy traffic. So stay in the Tasso square near the flags. To drop off luggage. And the hotel has valet parking Just ask the Hotel.

cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff could only say “I’m sorry” at least they could have offer an limoncello spritz.
-
No kettle/coffee/tea in room. They did provide a kettle after we asked. Bed was a bit shaky/creaky.

poor breakfast good location paid too much for this old and poor quality hotel

Clean. Excellent breakfast. Good location. If you drive to the hotel you need to be aware you can’t drive up to it. Find out exactly where valet will pick up your car as it’s on a tiny street where cars are not able to drive up to.

1st day breakfast was great .. other days it was not good! No eggs and then when they came they were wet and uncooked looking .. no meats left and no cheese .. asked for it pleasantly and they didn’t seem to know how to run the breakfast at all Breakfast

location was right in the heart of the city center. room was large and had a beautiful balcony. The rooftop pool was perfect to cool off after a hot day of sightseeing

Loved it! The room was squeaky clean. It is not the biggest but it is very functional. The common area on the floor where the room is located is so nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, has everything you need (loved the marzipan cake). Around dinner time on the evenings we could hear the musicians on the street which made us feel like we are in an Italian movie. The location is very convenient, central but not loud. There is a small rooftop pool with a nice view, perfect for chilling. The pool was not clean

The pool was great and Pepe was fantastic. Breakfast was not good for gulten free. No separate toaster not much to pick from. Food was cold.. For someone who isn't gulten free the meals where fine.

This small hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views and an amazing staff. From Carmen at the reception to Pepe, the barman at the swimming pool, they were wonderful, warm, kind and welcoming. Liked everything

Staff were courteous and responsive. Pool on the roof was small, but view is excellent and our kids burned hours playing in it. Location was convenient to the port, beach, train station and great food and shops. Breakfast was good enough to get the day going

I don't understand why not one of the 8 hotels we stayed at (during our Italy & Sicily trip) had a USB port.
