It was a great location the room was beautiful. Staff was helpful outstanding breakfast. The room had a soaking tub with a showerhead, which made it quite difficult for my wife to get in. Now this was in every room they brought in a seat so she can get into the tub. That's the only thing that was a problem.

This hotel is excellent. FIRST CLASS ALL AROUND. The location to the service and the staff. Everyone was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was spectacular and the Terraza and views were great!

With 4 stars Hotel pool should be heated and it was noisy even at the 4th floor...Some of the reception stuff was arrogant,opposite of kitchen stuff...They were extremely generous and polite.

Hotel was beautiful, location was great, and breakfast buffet was amazing! We had our own patio & terrace that had a view of the pool below & ocean between the buildings. Do many choices for breakfast, unbelieveable!I’ve never seen so many types of juice, 13 different varieties. Eggs, waffles, meats, cheeses, breads, fresh fruit, pasteries, 4 flavors of sorbet, champagne, & everything else offered were delicious! There is also a piano player in the background. They thought of everything for a wonderful stay Nothing! Everything was fabulous!!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel. It’s a beautiful, old world hotel in a perfect location. Situated within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, it affords convenience in a quiet oasis of the city. As you walk out the front door, a beautiful view of the water engulfs you and there are many places to read and relax on the grounds. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to any request.The breakfast is superb and the wait staff so nice.The rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a small porch which was a nice surprise. The cappuccino at breakfast could use some improvement.

This property was beautiful!! It is right by the water and piazza. We had a balcony . It was nice to go out and have drinks or coffee and listen to locals singing and playing music. The breakfast is spectacular! The staff was amazing and greeted you every time you came in. Nothing,

Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants. Located on the Piazza della Vittoria with beautiful view of Vesuvio! The rooftop bar was amazing! No complaints.
