Excellent and professional staff, new facility; spa services are a must to make it even more relaxing trip.

This was one of the best Curio’s by Hilton. Exceptionally clean, great amenities, wonderful spa and much more. And the area is beautiful as well. Worth every $$ spent.

A good value for what is available to guests although one caveat to avoid a surprise at checkout is the unannounced resort fee of roughly $34 per day tacked on to final charges. Not sure we got our money's worth with that item. ... but, being aware of that fee, we would certainly go back next time we head to Skaneateles. We enjoyed our Ling weekend stay there.

Fields was a wonderful get away. It was refreshing to experience a spotless facility, well maintained. Staff was pleasant and engaging and genuinely seemed interested in their guests. we decided to eat at their restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was delicious. the grounds are immaculate and the evening view of sunset gorgeous. The only "negative" comment would be the bedding is so heavily laid with comforters that regulating body heat is tough.... We both awoke too overheated but we experience that in other five star hotels as well. All in all five stars.

spoke to the manager about my concerns related to noisy dining room (hard surfaces) and tvs that don't allow screen mirroring. otherwise, this place is superb: staff, food, beds, amenities = 5☆

This is a wonderful hotel, above and beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive, and the condition of the property is top-notched. We highly recommend this hotel and will love to stay again.

Terrific hotel in every way and we are planning to return soon as possible, even though we live 3-1/2 hrs away and don't need to be there! (Skaneateles is a beautiful village a few minutes from the hotel.) Immaculate property in and out. Great pools - indoor and outdoor. The two very large hot tubs are covered by the new restaurant deck above, making them useable in any weather. We enjoyed our meal of apps at the bar, and want to give a special shout-out to our bartender Jasmine who was wonderful. We grabbed breakfast at the breakfast bar and the egg/chicken sausage wrap and yogurt parfait were excellent and large portions. There is also a cool putting green, bocce ball courts, plus pickleball and tennis courts.

The resort was gorgeous. Everything was brand new. They had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back.

Staff amazing so friendly nothing too much trouble There was nothing negative
-
Though the resort was beautiful and clean, things we wish we were told at check in; the $10 a day credit, activity list, the service side of the do not disturb door sign (would think house keeping would be automatic unless not requested) $30 resort fee plus taxes each day!!!! Things that could be improved; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, a continental breakfast. Housing keeping making sure to replace cups and coffee, and leaving only one cookie?!?!

A little bit outside the downtown area, but the hotel and rooms were nice, quiet and spacious
