Lovely little place in great location. Walk to town and everything. Clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Complimentary snacks were really nice too!

We had a quick overnight stay and had a lovely experience. Check in/check out was easy, the room was nice, spacious and clean. They provided a few free snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and we didn't hear much street noise. Super close to all the shops and restaurants and lakeside attractions. Easy parking in a lot instead of on the street. Great stay!

Not really a "hotel", just a old house converted into a handful of suites, each with bedroom and bathroom. Easy to park, I was texted a key code for the front door and my room door before I arrived. Large room with everything needed for a stay, including a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Basic items for provided for breakfast and snacks.

Beds too low for my back but everything ekse was fine

Our room was very nice! Clean & comfortable! Comfy king size bed! Desk, reading chair, and lighting for reading in bed. We had everything we needed plus a fridge & complimentary snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a great location, near many wonderful shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and quaint and our room was spacious.

Property is perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the town of Skaneateles, which is a hidden gem.

Overall outstanding! One suggestion. The television remote was difficult to operate, very confusing.

It was clean and had all the necessary space while it did not have lots of “stuff” some places have that you have to move somewhere in order to have room for our own things. That was a plus! Perfect for a couples weekend. Would be nice to have another shelf in the bathroom. The complimentary snacks and water were especially nice. Other than that we really enjoyed your hotel and will use again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our time at the hotel. We had to make last minute reservations, and the staff was pleasant, accommodating, and the hotel was super clean and the room was perfect. It was perfectly located near the lake, restaurants, and shops. We will be back and will also recommend the hotel to family and friends!

While the room was clean and comfortable, this is recently renovated property is not my idea of a boutique hotel. The room was completely plain, painted all in white with not a single decoration, and furnishings were spare. Our room was designated handicap-accessible, and did have a walk-in/roll-in shower, but an individual using a wheelchair would not have been able to use the closet or desk or easily reach wall switches or outlets. While contactless check-in and check-out has its benefits, there was no apparent option for interaction with a human, which also seems weird for a "boutique" property. It's a great location for walking around Skaneateles and the price is fair for what you get (including some snacks and beverages), as long as you don't mind vanilla.

The hotel had just been renovated and was very clean. The location to restaurants was great. Easy access to other parts of upstate New York.

My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel. The room was very charming and clean. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. The hotel was so close to everything downtown! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Spotless rooms, everything very comfortable. The snacks and breakfast items very much appreciated. There was a jacuzzi in the room! Didn't expect that. Right in the heart of downtown but on a side street, 2 minute walk to restaurants and the lake, easy parking in back, staff are lovely. Enjoyed an al fresco meal on the front porch.

Too noisy, poor construction, too pricey.

There were some basic amenities in the room - fridge, some snacks, coffee maker. The fridge had soda and juice. Would have liked some water for day trips; I don't drink soda. Overall a good experience.

We loved this hotel! It is so cute and rustic and cozy. Very clean. Super friendly staff! The best part is that it is super close to all of the Skaneateles village...we could walk easily to all the restaurants and shops. We only had to drive once, to the winery. Parking behind the property. We had the room with the mini fridge and jetted tub. It was perfect! There's also a kitchen on the second floor, with a sink, fridge and washer and dryer. Along with silverware, glasses etc..that you can use...and ice, snacks and a few beverages that are complimentary. We will definitely be back!

it was very close to town. unfortunately there was a massive downpour in the middle of the night and the sump pump kicked on every 3 minutes for a few hours.... not a good nights rest.

I enjoyed the homely experience at the inn boutique. There were also complementary drinks/snacks at our fingertips which made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Staff were respectable and friendly. The jet tub in the room was the icing on the cake, making the experience worth the stay!

This was the most "low-key" hotel I've ever stayed in, which was perfect for us. (but maybe not for others) Barely saw or spoke to anyone. Walked into town for the local bakery, visited a pub up the black, perfect. I didn't realize the snacks and bevs in our room were complimentary until we were leaving, so I'll know better next time. If i return to town I'm staying here again.
