Breakfast was good. Room was clean. There was an off smell as soon as you came into the room. Was not unbearable and it would go away once you were in the room. Really weird to pin point.

Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water

we had reserved two queen bed room, but were assigned to a king suite. Went to desk, were told that they were full, but manager switched us to a two bed room quite quickly

Feel like everything went somewhat well. Room was nice an bed was comfy. Internet wasn’t really working while trying to connect. When trying to watch tv, it wouldn’t work not sure if it was the service or tv just not working. Feel like there should be soaps for hands instead of bar soaps. One rag had a little stain but everything was clean but that one rag. Curtains needs a bit of a fix up to

Breakfast good. Room needed some care. Handicapped room. Shower curtain about to fall off. Fan really loud and attached to the light switch so every time light came on that really loud fan came on. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Easy car or pickup parking. No turn around for trailer.

There was toothpaste splatter all over the mirror and wall. The faucet didn't look clean. There was only one plastic cup provided in the room and it was not in plastic wrap. After seeing the toothpaste splatter I did not trust that the cup was clean and unused.

Breakfast was not ready at 6:10, area did not appear clean, we did not have breakfast.

The headboard was off the wall and leaning, the toilet took 3 times to flush for it to go down. The 2nd night the ac unit was blowing hot air. The sink barely had water coming out.

It was dirty, ripped bedding skirts with stains, lamp shades dirty, bathroom dirty, everything in room was overly used, stains under bed comforter they turn it to cover up stains, mirrors dirty, tub not clean, towels had hair on them, everything old and needs to be replaces, curtains too. Dust and dirt around floors. For the price I expected better conditions. Would really like a refund of at least 75% for conditions. Very disappointing. I will never stay there again. Plus outside of building is not kept up. I had to have them change sheets they looked like they were slept in when we got there. The place is over used over all. I wish I would have taken pics

Our room had a leak in the walls. Had clothes laying on the floor next to the bed that was closest to the bathroom wall and the clothes were wet in the morning.
