Huge clean room with large bathroom. Easy access off Highway 20 and I-29. Very nice breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had something dripping down the walls. The hallway ws very loud when trying to go to sleep.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!! Breakfast was great. The only negative were the cushions on the seats in the breakfast room. They are VERY WORN and looked terrible.

just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this property. I gave it a “poor” rating due to the fact that housekeeping never cleaned up our room, nor emptied the garbage (which was very full), and did not leave fresh towels. Could we have said something- sure but when you leave the hotel at 8 AM and don’t return until 9 PM housekeepers are all gone.

Bed bugs! My sister took a nap while we went to the pool and woke up with bites and hives all over her body! My husband went to inspect the bed and found traces of bedbugs. Hotel claimed room was clean and wouldn’t do anything.

Only concern, the $75, non - refundable pet fee. We travel regularly and this fee is far more than Hilton,Holiday Inn or several other brands . When asked why, we were told it was due to the much larger rooms. That is VERY incorrect! We were aware of a pet fee, not that much.

Everything was delicious. Loved the red velvet and cinnamon batter for waffles! Tables were sometimes dirty.

This is a really nice, hotel and we have stayed before so it’s pretty much our favorite in this city. You can always get everything you need, the staff are friendly, helpful and they reach out to you daily. I appreciate this kind of communication, when you’re away from home, it’s nice to know you can get this support and friendship.
