The shampoo and conditioner were lacking. To be expected. One of my techs staying in another room than me got some bed bug bites. I did not. The room was lackluster but the bathroom was nice. Overall, pretty average 1-2 star hotel. It's a room for the night, nothing more, nothing less.

Most unsanitary conditions I’ve ever experienced. Mold in the shower, old moldy groceries inside the provided fridge, old food inside microwave. Bodily fluids across the floor, prior visitors clothes still in cubby’s. Poor quality air conditioning. Front receptionist Maria was rude/not helpful and not willing to offer a refund after checking out within 30 minutes. My wife and children and I were forced to return home late at night, which was a 2 hour drive, sleepless from not having a secure and comfortable place to relax for the night.

Unable to aquire handy ccap room. no handy cap parking. tripped an fell on the driveway.

We thought we would have at least a queen bed, and it was a full instead very hard for two adults to sleep on, very dirty and uncomfortable, also check out time is at 11 am and ladies were knocking on our door at 845 am, Windows were left open to anyone to climb in the building and very dirty area
