Very Very Very Old..looks like something in a bad movie..will never stay there again

No washclothes in the room, the molding, baseboards, and under the beds were filthy, the ceiling fans and ceilings were filthy, a huge bug crawling up the wall and the manager just came in with a broom and dust pan and knocked it down INTO MY BAGS and tried to walk out of the room and just leave it. Molding coming off the wall, rust in the bath tub, ice machine does not and has not worked in some time, work out room non-existent, courtyard-way overgrown with weeds and grass, beds felt itchy, mini fridge did not kick on for several hours, ceiling had very poor patch jobs done that were falling in. This fella is in way over his head, he seems like he can't keep up with repairs and maintenance. Unfortunately, would not recommend this place, would recommend driving into corpus Christi

It was a good stay except the sign says breakfast at 6-9am and we went and there was no breakfast. And also the shower did not work good. The drain did not drain water and water was coming out of faucet and shower and filling up bathtub when taking shower. Overall it was clean room. Thank you.

Staff rude the whole time. Key cards didn’t work so we had to keep going to the front deck to get in our room. And that guy is not nice at all. Acted like it’s our fault. Room ceiling fan had to much dirt it was black. Also advertised free breakfast and they didn’t have that. It’s just a lie.

Room was OK. I accidently booked a Smoking room. I'm not sure if he had a Non-Smoking available, but he wasn't going to let me change to one. The motel was not full. The listing showed Continental Breakfast, but he stated there was no breakfast. Coffee machine and coffee were in the room, but there were not coffee cups.

The reception was rude. I booked a double queen, we got a double double. Found an old toothbrush and beer bottle cap in the chair cushion. No towels in the room. Tub had rusted spots from water dripping. The hotel said on the website there was a contential breakfast, no breakfast at all.

I ended up killing a roach and there was a nail clipping on floor. Didn't find the roach trap til I went to move the chair to get better pic. I just noticed there seems to be rat poop! At checkout my sister asked lady at front desk if we could have a courtesy hour and she said yes. At 11:05 the mgr comes and tells my sister we have to leave. It was perfect for our one night stay. Clean and affordable. Nice staff. Pet friendly dogs up to 20ibs. Non-smoking room was spacious with King bed and sofa.

I highly recommend staying away from this place. I learned my lesson about not reading reviews. Apparently, this place has been terrible for a long time.

Made reservations for 2 rooms & called ahead to ensure we'd be able to check in after hours. We used the small window for check in. When we tried the keys, they didn't work. I had to walk back to the window for keys. This was a foreshadowing of MORE surprises. I know this is a road side motel. Still I want a clean room. There were stains on the furniture, window curtains, shower curtain, sheets smelled like they'd been slept in, & towels were gray (beyond dingy). Even if we were EXHAUSTED, the road noise & train were unyielding. We will revert to the motel next door ... which is plain but clean.

The wash rag was 5x darker than the bath towels. No hand towels offered. The blow dryer didn’t work. I got this for convenience but next time I’ll drive the extra 30 min for at least minimum satisfaction.

This was very average. This is one of those hotels that charges your card for the entire stay before you check out. They keep the lobby closed during the morning so if you have business you have to talk to someone through a window and they may not be completely dressed. It is ok and I would stay there again because there arent many options there. The room was clean and they serviced every day however I didnt want service but there was not a DND sign or tag anywhere. No breakfast and small throw pillows on the bed for pillows. By far not the worst place but it is only average and the door has two locks on it, easy access and about 3 miles from restaurants. There is a convenience store right next door, that is a plus.

Motel is in really deteriorated condition. And even if it wasn’t, rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned, smelled, so they are dusty, fan didn’t work in one, ac barely worked in another, and whole trail of bugs making their own community in another. Will never go again.

Door locks with card did not work.Desk clerk had to unlock door every time you left and came back to hotel.Air conditioner was quiet loud. Just 1 small bar of soap. Worn out towels.

NO breakfast! Not even a banana or toast with jelly nothing! Not even coffee in the lobby. "We're not doing breakfast." this despite the sign outside advertising breakfast and the sign inside in the lobby posting the breakfast times. All we really wanted was good lobby coffee because you know how bad the in room packets are.

Not pleased with room. Bathroom tub looked dirty . It had stains in tub,towels looked old. Mattress was good but sheets were not tucked in giving the appearance of not so fresh bed. Over all it was a dirty room. Would not recommend .

Nothing like expected. Pictures on site are false advertisement. When we checked in they notified us no complementary breakfast which should have been mentioned on the site so I could have made reservations at another hotel. Bathrooms were old not very clean, not all the lights worked, room had an order. Overall very disappointed.

The room was cleaned but in need of repair. Tile was ripped off the front of the sink and piled on the floor beneath it. The tub had rust in it and I stood in 3-4 inches of water during my shower. There was nothing for breakfast in the office including coffee. I couldn't get door to shut correctly, my husband had to lift on the handle while slamming it until the latch would catch.

The other is a Motel 6, which I will not stay at...my only disappointment was that my room, the last available, was a smoking room...I have never smoked and I can't stand the smell..I later found out that the hotel was completely booked do to a large construction project near by and all of the workers were staying there...the innkeeper did his best, but there were no other choices in the immediate vacinity..so a can of GLADE helped me survive the night...I've stayed here before, about 20 years ago..it is remodeled, clean and with exception of the smell, reasonable for one night.

When I made the reservation I thought breakfast was included and it wasn¿t. Your web page is misleading. The clerk required me to wear a mask but yet he didn¿t wear one.

If you want to be treated with great service don’t bother going here. Not a big variety of Hotels in Sinton to choose from, so we stay here often for Horse Show circuit. Past stays have been adventures with crickets, cleanliness, front staff. They’ve made major upgrades to beds and pillows, the front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful and there were no crickets!!! Best stay in Sinton yet. Will definitely be our stop for next show.

Very dirty they don't clean, found hair in the bathroom swept with a towel, Towels have stains on them, good thing I took my own towels, the Ceiling fan was so dirty and dusty I was afraid to turn it on for all the dirt to fly off.

My main complaint is with the lack of toiletries and bath soap, shampoo but no conditioner, and only one small piece of soap provided and had to be used for both showering and washing hands at the sink. Sink stopper was broken and we had to take it out of the sink to keep water draining. Inattentive breakfast service, stale sweet rolls and empty coffee urn.

I booked the room online and when I got to the hotel they had a cheaper rate than hotels.com....not the cleanest hotel, next time I will book somewhere else

It was dirty and had stains and the bathroom had hair in shower and floor. Water was brown and had to run for minutes before turning clear. They wouldn't let me cancel

All was well...I'm guessing the person that stayed before me had VERY BAD SMELLING FEET because I kept getting wiffs of that odor. I slept with the blankets over my head and I slept soundly.

Check in was hassle free, but the rooms are nothing like the picture. The room smelled like wet dog , and the frame to the door was literally falling apart. The tub was full of ants and the covers had light stains on them. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Expedia should remove them from their site, this place clearly needs work done. Not worth $100 at all,

Killed a ton of crickets in my room, water from bathtub faucet ran constantly, room had strange odor and breakfast was minimal. Was not worth the $104 price...

Our rooms had a several crickets in them. In one room we killed over 20 crickets and in the other it was over 10. The smell was horrible and I have to assume it was because of the crickets. After removing all the crickets before bedtime, they still appeared in the restroom and kept me up all night with their noise. I did not get any rest that evening and I was afraid I was going to be sleeping with the insects. In the lobby, where the breakfast was located, the smell was absolutely disgusting. I've never experienced anything like it at any hotel. For the location and especially the state of the rooms and food area, this room was extremely overpriced. I would not recommend a stay here.

With not too many hotels to choose from in that area, I was wonderfully surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Cozy bed, very clean, economical and less than a mile from the Sinton Civic Center. I would definitely stay there again.

We do horses, we have at least 4 events during the year at San Patricio Fairgrounds. This hotel is an excellent option for us, 3 miles away from San Patricio, breakfast is provided. All we need for our activity.

Nice hotel close to beach and has access to restaurants

The rooms are okay for such a small town. Kind of pricy since there are only two motels. We were a bit disappointed, we asked for a late check out and they denied it to us!

The only issue I had was the late night partiers that for some reason decided to sit their beer bottles on my car and sit outside my room with loud music and carrying on when their room was a few doors down. I did call the front desk and he was very polite and took care of the issue, this was at 1:15am on Sunday morning the 12th of August, 2018. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

- Crickets in the room (but managers do apologize for it), also roaches in the room (the manager at the front desk didn't say she is sorry about it, but she seemed to take a note about it). A little bit pricey. Overall I recommend.

Very nice hotel, loved the pool

Hotel staff was super nice and welcoming but the room itself was eh. They did warn about cricket problems but it was uncomfortable to have to worry about them the whole time there. Our sheets were not changed one time during our stay (3 night stay)

Pleasant stay no complaints. Bonus - located right next door to convenient store for snack run for kiddos :)

the air-condition was not enough for the the room size, too hot. Breakfast was a joke no coffee no jucie no enough milk and no one around to let know.

My fiancé and her son were shocked by a faulty light in the pool. The evening staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. She is still having tingling in her left side. The staff did nothing to compensate us or even show interest in our issue. The pool remained open. Nobody even checked on the issue.

Eat breakfast elsewhere. Bring a rubber mat for the bathtub/shower.

Reading all the others comments on this hotel, I was skeptical about staying at this hotel. We stopped and looked at the rooms before we decided to stay. I was impressed. The lady behind the desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, The mirror closet door would not stay closed.
