Location, accessibility and helpful staff. Nothing but if I had to say, it would be the long walk to the rooms which was really scary especially at night due to lizards and insects.

I had a great stay at voco hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Before check-in, we informed the staff about our top priorities and they handled everything exactly as requested. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Excellent service and hospitality throughout the stay. Small GYM and small swimming pool

The internet is fast. Breakfast was excellent and the service was good. The hotel location is very good. Staff are helpful and polite. Personally, I wouldn’t mind staying here again, mainly because the location is excellent. The air conditioning is disappointing; it turns off by itself for periods, causing me to wake up sweating almost daily. The distance from the elevator to the room is very long, taking around 2 to 3 minutes of walking, which is quite inconvenient for guests looking to rest. There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator. Although the staff are helpful, they somewhat lack experience.

Location is excellent, modern minimalist and spacious room. I don’t normally use the facilities in the hotel so this one is perfect for me, and good value for money. The shuttle to the mall is only for drop off and no pick up. And only 2x a day and I found out as well that it was not daily, as the next day I didn’t see the shuttle anymore.

The room is spacious. The location is very convenient if you want to stay in seminyak area. The staff are nice and helpful We stayed at the suite room which is wide but the room temperature is bad because the aircon didnt work well as well as room humidity. We also experience bathroom clogging. For new hotel, i think you should not let the room quality downgrade by time.

The room was large and bright. Convenient walk to the beach and main shopping and dining areas. The hotel just opened and is suffering some growing pains. I believe this was a soft opening which was reflected in the low rate they are charging so I’m not complaining - more pointing out what they are still working on: the rooftop bar isn’t open yet, nor does the hotel have its liquor licence and the restaurant wasn’t stocked with most items on the menu. I think staff are still being trained as the room wasn’t well cleaned, and except for a couple of staff in the restaurant and at reception - service was abysmal. But the staff were very friendly and took care of any issues that were pointed out. I think in time these things will be resolved.

Brand new property, very clean, comfortable bed. In a good location close to La Fevela and the GOAT sports bar. The building seems to be finished off cheaply, the hotel will run down very quickly unfortunately. The pool looked to be going green already so I didn’t swim.
