The location was very good The facilities did not meet expectations. The air conditioning stopped working unexpectedly, and the hot water was unavailable unless I asked the staff to turn on the heater before showering. In addition, the balcony sliding door was extremely difficult to open.

I am disappointed. The AC is leaking Drinking water was never provided after my arrival Bathtub is dirty Staff wakes you up daily at 10/10:30am for whatever reason

The walk to the hotel had a lot of trash on each side of the road

The location, most of the things we wanted to see were close by. The water. It was salty

Room sound insulation improvement required and water filter need to be fixed because sometimes water is black colour

The view and the location is pretty good The facility is not so good the first day we stayed the water is not working till we cannot take shower and the staff also cannot help us to change the room

Excellent room layout. Everything so functional. The mattress is very comfortable we slept through from midnight through 8.30 am

- Super central location - comfortable bed - Fair pricing - has a pool - although it’s a central location, the walk in and out of the property to get to the main road is a little bit unsafe/uncomfortable, poor lighting and not many people around. - Bathrooms are cleanish for the price it’s definitely bearable. - There is no safe in the bedroom. So storing valuables is impossible.

Excellent location. Quiet location. Lazy staff. Truly a bare bones sparse operation. Even an umbrella poolside would be nice.

Good location at a great price. Very comfortable bed, and nice to have room in front of pool. There was no coffee by the hot water pot and no fridge.

The greenery and the pools were lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was eager to help us in any way. Cove Tevana is in a great location for dining and shopping. We had trouble getting the tv to work by properly. At one point the tv would not turn off so we had to unplug it.

The place was really great & cozy. Although there are some old marks, the overall cleanliness was spotless. The ambience also very quiet, easy to rest unlike in other bigh hotel Nothing much, can not really point out any issue.
