Kayumas Seminyak Resort

I had a really great stay at Kayumas Resort Seminyak. Everything went smoothly from the check-in process until I checked out. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. They made me want to stay even longer at the resort. The staff helped me with my luggage and briefed me on everything I needed to know about the room. They also let me keep my luggage there even after I checked out. The resort offered a free buggy ride to Seminyak Square, though there were no rides back. That was completely fine since the resort is located in the heart of Seminyak, and yet it was still very peaceful and quiet inside the property. Those little details are what make me want to come back again. The road on the way back to the hotel was a bit uncomfortable because it was dark and quiet, especially when walking at night, although the distance was short.

The breakfast could be a little better, more variety would have bern nice

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything Seminyak has to offer. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Seminyak Village, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the resort offered great facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. Considering the quality of the accommodation and service, it represents excellent value for money. The only minor drawback was the size of the private pool attached to the room. It is quite small and feels more like a plunge pool than a swimming pool. However, since the resort has a large main pool available, this was not a significant issue for us.

We chose Kayumas Seminyak Resort for our honeymoon, and "perfect" is the only word to describe our experience. Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing, and our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay! The resort surprised us with beautiful, complimentary bed decorations for our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful and romantic gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. The entire resort and our room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property pristine. The location is fantastic. It sits perfectly in Seminyak, making it incredibly easy to get around, explore local spots, and enjoy the area while still offering a peaceful retreat to come home to. They are quite strict and non-flexible regarding early check-in and late check-out times. It didn’t take away from our amazing trip, but definitely plan your flights and arrival times accordingly!

Good options for breakfast, theres a shuttle service that will take you to seminyak village which is really nice esspecially in the peak of the heat! the swim up bar staff were absoluely lovely and pools were really nice and clean Beds were relevively comfortable not too firm The spa i feel has had a renovation since the last time we stayed and it was a great experience there and well priced We had issues with the shower this time where there was no hot water just freezing ice water, Had to call staff in to fix it but one it was done we had no issues with the water the upstairs loft is nice but because the aircon dosnt reach up there its ridiculously hot !

This place is quite luxurious for the price point and we enjoyed that it is smaller scale. We didn’t pay for the complimentary breakfast, thinking we would be jet lagged, but ended up dining in every day anyhow because the food quality and selection was fantastic. We were also pleasantly surprised our standard one bedroom suite had a plunge pool which wasn’t obvious from the photos - a bonus! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great resort with lovely staff

Good location. Nice facility. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning in the gym didn’t work very well. The layout of the room has a living room area upstairs- however the a/c unit is downstairs and the air didn’t travel up that far so it was always warm up there. I ended up not using the extra space.

Beautiful accommodation. The pool was great. So was the shower and the bed was super comfy! All the staff were so kind and welcoming. A calm place to rest away from the hustle of Seminyak The breakfast buffet could’ve had more range. The window from the bedroom to the bathroom felt very exposing haha. But just had to remember to close the blind

location was excellent, the staff were amazing and so attentive and friendly. we had issues with the hot water in the shower and issues with water flow in sink, overall this is an excellent properly for the price. very clean and very well maintained. restaurant was quite good to and great value.

Great hotel location in Seminyak - caught Grab's everywhere and the traffic was slow everywhere so it doesn't really matter where you are positioned!. Excellent breakfasts ~ worth paying a little extra for ~ with your choice of a la carte option (e.g. full english breakfast, indonesian breakfast, dragonfruit smoothie bowl, french toast plus a few more), plus an egg station and waffle station plus buffet options - never really had that before at a resort/accomodation... so you would order a meal which would come out super fresh (rather than old bain marie food) plus good, fresh, hot or iced coffees/espresso/cappucinnos, then you ordered the separate eggs (cooked your way) - so then while they were cooking you'd grab the buffet items you wanted and could still start eating straight away! Great bedroom, with good quality bed and bathroom and nice little plunge pool. Hot tip: I booked the standard One Bedroom Suite and my friends had the One Bedroom Deluxe Suite - book the deluxe if you want to a much bigger plunge pool (or do what I did and if booking multiple rooms, just book one deluxe between you and all share the larger plunge pool together!

Amazing staff and very clean Nothing

Very close to great restaurants and shopping. Everything was available at the hotel. Nothing!

Daily breakfast was great. Pool and swim up bar was a bonus. Spa offered great service. Staff were excellent and kind. Location was exceptional. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable. A few more lounge chairs by the pool would be useful!

The location being down a side alleyway and very secluded with no lighting so when it got dark wasn't able to walk to the main road.
