Beautiful property at a good location, reasonably priced. Rooms and pool were very clean. There was a water server too which was very convenient. Nothing much.

Gave refills of water- 2 rounds 2 bottles each . This is important because tap water cannot be used for brushing teeth, etc. Gym has weights. The breakfast has four vegan options, all of which as Indian meals like veggie curry and tofu tikki masala. Portions are not large but enough for breakfast. Service could be better. Before I arrived I asked for help with booking a train ticket in Indonesia. The staff wouldn’t even offer to help. They could at least offer to look at the app! Also during breakfast, they seem to show preferences to offer service to a European guest even though they came later. This seemed biased and inappropriate. The bathrooms could look good in pictures but the overall vibe is that of a middling small hotel that doesn’t stand out in any particular area. If I could do it again, I would book a different hotel.

Great pool, super friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean room in fantastic location central to shops. Gym facilitates were good as well. Cocktails delivered to the room/villa was a great plus too. They also have an onsite spa with massages! Good value for money and we would definitely come back. The staff very kindly let us change our stay dates as well when our flights moved, which helped us a lot. Breakfast food quality could have been a little better. It was still okay and we ate every morning, but maybe a bit of uplift in the breakfast quality would be nice (dinner food quality was great though).

room was modern, nice and comfortable. very good location - easily walkable to lots of food options, seminyak flea market and boutique shopping also. location is 11/10! staff very friendly. The gym has enough for a good workout- i was surprised as i had reviews saying it wasn't very good- but i think its good for a hotel gym. the spa should have an option for nail polish or shellac when getting a pedicure or manicure. shame we weren't able to use our free 15minute massages as i think the spa shuts too early.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was okay. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the open air bathroom that they didn't do anything about.

I stayed at the 4 bedroom villa for 2 nights with family members of 10. Overall comfortable with the clean bedroom, toilet, living hall area and swimming pool. I would like to suggest improving on the toilet amenities particularly on Body wash gel and shampoo as well as towels quality as all of them are relatively old with weird smells.

Like the location as it is walking distance to the beach, restaurant, forex, and shopping areas. Also just about 35 minutes away from the airport. The room is too warm even after it was checked over by a technician. Also our bathroom sink was easily get clogged but was able to get repaired at once. The water is somewhat got a salty taste. Also need to have a massage schedule at night time since most guests wanted to get sleep better and be relaxed after a tiring day and expecting it being a spa hotel. Currently their spa schedule is only until 5:00 pm.

Excellent service. Communication by WhatsApp is efficient and response is fast. Spa is awesome. Breakfast and afternoon tea is wonderful making you feel homely. The jacuzzi power pressure is low

Nice location, not far from the beach about 10pm by walk, we had big family room, was clean and nice with balcony, bathroom was big too, nice breakfast

Location was great. Close to the Seminyak Village shopping area which has a fair amount of restaurants to choose from. Very walkable. Like others have mentioned, the room and facilities were a bit dated. The bathroom, while quite large has an open air roof, which makes it quite humid. When it rained the splatter from the planted landscape area came on the floor and shower area. A small inconvenience but for the price not something I expected. Additionally, because of the open air roof and lack of climate control in the bathroom area made it quite uncomfortable and harder for the towels to dry.

Only the location Property dirty. Insects inside the rooms. Tv internet very bad. I would give it 2* not 4* as mentioned

This was a last minute booking over Christmas as our villa we booked nearby was not liveable. We booked 3 separate rooms at MUTIARA couple with 2 teenage boys. The rooms were nice a big, super clean, quiet location comfy beds nice bed linen. We all had balconies over looking the pool, fantastic pool - v relaxing. Boys loved the modern on site gym, we loved the morning flat white coffee delivery to our room ❤️ We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. 2 minute walk to main Seminyak street.

The Superior rooms in the hotel were very big and the balcony huge. The location was very close to the shops. Staff were lovely and service good. The pool was lovely and the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was average. Massage and facial was good. The hotel needs to be a little updated and surroundings more inviting. The whole hotel area including pool area had a gloomy atmosphere. They should have a bar next to pool and a bit of music as well. The mood and character of the place lacked any pleasant vibe. Very dull. They should have a buffet breakfast instead. The pizza that I ate was terrible! Food was not that good. Afternoon tea they would not let you have a coffee instead of tea. The hotel has great potential if they changed a few things to make it more of a pleasant atmosphere. Bit dangerous as well whilst walking to shops as the cars and motorbikes down the street could easily hit you if you were not careful especially at night as it was very dark. We also went to Uluwatu for the day and the hotel recommended a driver called Maddie. He was ok taking us to the Temple etc for a set amount of hours that we had agreed to pay. But instead on the way back to the hotel he was driving around all these roads on purpose to take longer to make more money! Instead of taking 1 hour to get back he took 2 and a half hours! By this time we were so angry and exhausted we confronted him and we did not pay anymore. After this incident we went to another hotel for our last 2 days in Bali and had a fabulous time.

The room was big, nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok So quiet despite being near a major road and restaurants

Great location - close to shopping mall and flea market. Room was really quiet - particularly given the location in a busy city. Room was spacious with nice balcony. Water was hot, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym is surprisingly well equipped and is quite private. Noisy outside in the pool but that can’t be helped given the location. We had a room with a ‘pool view’ but only if you stood outside on the balcony as it was around the corner.

Toilet is very moldy and dirty. Insect and mosquito everywhere. We had to ownself buy insect repellent and spray the toilet every morning and night before using it. The water has very weird taste and smell. We had to even use mineral water to brush teeth. There are flies and even millipede in and outside the bathtub. The bedsheet has stains. Despite paying for a villa price, the pool is not clean to swim in.
