Grand Balisani Suites Hotel

Location away from busy Seminyak but either a short walk or taxi drive away. We loved being in our own private villa which had direct views of the beach and our own pool. The Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. The lighting inside the Villa could be better very dark.

The location is amazing,and staff are friendly and helpful The hotel is a little run down and tired looking and could do with some upkeep .Doors get stuck ,lights don't switch off etc.

Grand Balisani Suites Hotel is a way to return to the Bali of old. The resort has Balinese style architecture, wonderfully friendly staff, a good pool, location next to the beach. The room was very roomy with a luxurious bathroom and great AC. The restaurants close by on the beach are not only terrific for meals but have the best sunsets. The breakfast is adequate ... but not great. It is exactly the same day to day. The pushy massage person could calm it down a bit.

The location was nice. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was disappointing. The floors were sticky and did not feel properly cleaned. Additionally, the tap water quality was poor — it tasted salty and left our hair feeling damaged after use.

Well located Hotel at the bottom of Batu Beling. Hotel is on the beach and close to both Seminyak and Canggu. Hotel is cheap and good value. Spacious room Hotel is a bit rundown. Some areas it looks abandoned (the blinds are in very bad state). Facilities need a good cleanup and renovation. Sunbeds mattresses need to be changed. Bedding needs to be upgraded. Towels were kind of sticky.

The fisgusting curtains outside on the balconies. Throughout the entire complex need to be updated. They were broken, black and dirty. The whole hotel need a new paint and update on the outside to give the aprreance a better look.

Location fairly central when walking along the beach to central Seminyak. Good proximity to Finns beach club, Potato head, Mrs Sippy. The maintenance of the property needs serious attention. The deck planks rotten in places. Blinds look weathered. Coffee pots at breakfast where clumped wirh old coffee, aircon in room needed replacement parts, pool towels old, some with holes, spa area smelled damp (felt unheathy being there)and out dated to name just a few. Breakfast could have some more fruit varieties and yoghurt. And food items covered to avoid flies. No holiday atmosphere .

Delicious, healthy, decent variety. Excellent breakfast and room service menu at such great value. I'd love dragon fruit on the menu. My bed was comfotable and it was easy to fall asleep to the clear sound of the beach waves, also visible from poolside, upstairs windows and balconies that faces the seaside..the beach is clean and air smells fresh. Falling asleep to the waves and waking up to them was a highlight. This is rare, even at "beach front" resorts, as most of them do not face the beach and require a reasonable walk to see the beach let alone hear it so clearly. I love the marble tiles in the suites and design or the bathtubs. So unique and refined. I love the 4 post beds and artworks looking up, as well as the extremely high ceilings in the suites which is worth paying a bit extra for, especially if you intend on spending a lot of time at the resort. Beach Clubs and restaurants with live music directly next door and no more than 100 meters away. All the conveniences nearby, without being in the noisey hustle and bustle. I loved how peaceful it is and that staff have been there for up to 20 years, demonstrating enthusiastism and how happy they are to be a part of the establishment they so proudly represent. Fostering a positive, friendly, & authentic environment that feels homey & so inviting. They are very customer service oriented & genuinely care. I felt welcome immediately & safe. The wooden decking around bar at the poolside could do with a bit of refurbishment. It'd not too bad, but at some stage maybe a bit of refreshing..

Good low key balinese style resort. Great pool area. Is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to tourist areas and restaurants Some of our rooms needed maintenance

The bed itself was comfortable, we only stayed for one night out of our 4 days in Seminyak. The breakfast area didn’t appeal to us, it felt old and the spa looked old and dirty. We felt disappointed that the prices seemed overpriced for the value so we didn’t book. To be fair we didn’t realise how far out this accomodation was, even when we asked to hire a motorbike the hotel first said $10 a day then came back and said $12 a day and the locals said $15 a day. This was our defining moment to relocate into Legian where I’ve always paid only 5-8 dollars a day! Overall we just didn’t feel a vibe at this hotel but I’m sure plenty of people enjoy it. It’s only our opinion that it needs a good upgrade. We didn’t ask for our money back, just checked out the next morning.

The hotel was built a long time ago, the furniture inside is made of natural wood, the villas in the garden are built of stone, something that is very difficult to find nowadays, marble floors in the bathroom, you know what I mean. During the three days we were here, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the breakfasts were poor. It's a pity that it was impossible to swim in the sea because of the strong waves.

It was easily walkable to the beach. The staff was rude and entirely unaccommodating. Our toilet ran all night long, causing an alarm to go off - despite us having put in a service request and being assured that the issue has been resolved. The food was absolutely terrible. The front desk would not let us book a car using a credit card. The restaurant staff was constantly on their phones. We struggled to get service at every single turn. And the mosquitos were insane. My fiance got eaten alive despite them doing weekly foggings on Thursdays.
