The pool was dirty

The room in ground floor facing the pool was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The near by beach (waking distance - 5 minutes) was so beautiful, very long and sandy. There are few restaurants/cafes facing the beach with good food. The bathroom in the room at first floor was smelly, we asked to change our room and they directly agreed, they were so nice. It has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but you should know that the location of this hotel is 20-25 minutes away by car from Seminyak.

Very good value for money. Positioned off a busy road but quiet and peaceful. 5 minute walk to the beach with several good restaurants overlooking the ocean. Massages, convenience stores and a 24hr pharmacy a stones throw away. The cafe onsite is a real bonus with good food and cheery staff. We enjoyed our time immensely ☺️ Considering what we paid, absolutely no complaints.

The staff are super nice, it's clean, its perfectly located and there is so much around that you can walk to including a minimart, laundromat, cafes, restaurants, bars, a massage place and the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk away. You can also access most of the popular beach clubs from the beach access point. It's hard to get in touch with the property while you're offsite which isn't ideal if you need to talk to staff and are not on location.

Maybe a deep clean and a little upgrade in the bathrooms, it would bring the Villa to the next level. We had issue with the TV signal for couple days, but then somebody fixed.

A sweet hotel, love the immaculate gardens. It has enough cafes and some new local beach cafes nearby who do great breakky deals. There is also a super lovely cafe at the hotel. Staff excellent. Clean!!! Just found our new fave. It is fantastic.

This horel is a hidden gem, just of the main road so no noise at night and 400 meters from the beach. Add creamer or a milk in fridge for coffe and tea and you get a 10 xx

The room was super spacious and clean. There was ample closet space, a couch and great AC. The property is quiet and relaxing The shower was a bit inconvenient. The showerhead was a bit loose and although it had great water pressure, the water would get on the bathroom flooring since there was no shower door.

Lovely pool, and The Granary cafe on site is a big bonus.Fabulous coffee and meals. The property is set back from the road so quiet while being a 5 minute walk to the beach, where a number of warungs with good food are beachfront. A short beach walk and then via W resort to busier Seminyak and Jiwa yoga. nothing.

The tranquility of the place by self also not located in a busy area but with walking distance to the beach ! No service on the pool .. having a staff to bring drinks will be ideal to enhance the service experience ..

- The room is clean, fresh, spacious, and comfy with a nice balcony. - The hotel is calm and quiet in the daylight. - A small yet nice pool. - Trees around the hotel area make it more scenic. - Friendly and helpful staff. They help us to rent a bike at a reasonable price. - There is no telephone or a contact number to contact the housekeeping from the room. So if we need anything, we must go to the receptionist directly. - The wall outside the room is chipped and needs to be repainted. - Because the hotel is located near a pub, you can hear music from the pub at night, although it's not too loud.
