I loved the buffet breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Poolside cocktails were fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy with no fuss. The Excercise room needed some attention and the shade sails around the pool didn't swing as I believe they should, they were a bit rusty.

The location could not have been better and the staff was just wonderful. The spa was overpriced for what you could find with a short 2 minute walk.

My husband and I along with our 6 months old boy originally did not plan to stay at De Vins Sky Hotel, we were staying at a horrible villa around the corner with friends who ruined the trip so we last minute had to leave our situation and find a new place to stay for the rest of our holiday. Fortunately we came across De Vins on Booking.com for an amazing price and it looked beautiful, what a blessing that was! From the moment we arrived u til the moment we left we were treated with kindness and an above and beyond service! The place is beautiful, clean, cool, as are ALL of the staff! The facilities all worked, very well, unlike our previous booking. The breakfast was amazing as were the views we were able to enjoy while eating it! We did not swim in the pool as we had fresh tattoos but we would have if we could have because that looked beautiful also! Our 6 months old baby was treated like a king, with all the staff being so friendly to him and offering to hold him and have cuddles anytime we were in the lobby! Everything about this hotel blew us away. We will be staying at De Vins again and will be staying longer next time as 3 days was not enough!! Absolutely LOVE this place and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having us!!???

Excellent hotel in the center of Seminyak. Walk 1 block to the main strip for endless restaurants, stores, beach. The very attentive and caring staff make this hotel exceptional. We are greeted with smiling staff everywhere in the hotel. Anastasia and Tude went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel serves 24 hrs room service and the food is delicious ! Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach and Seminayk village upon request all day.

Excellent hotel in the center of Seminyak. The room is spacious and super clean. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. It has a good variety of indonesian local cuisine and international breakfast selections. The fresh squeezed juices and made to order omelettes are the best ! The staff are very attentive to our needs and often went out of their way to make us feel very welcome here. Special thanks to Anastasia and Ekasri for being so helpful during our stay.

The pool decking was very poor and needs replacing, it looks like the bearers have rotted and it is quite dangerous. The wardrobe door in room 522 has been put on crooked - not a good look.

I loved the hotel and facilities, breakfast was lovely and staff was accommodating The rooms smelled of sweat and mold a bit and the whirlpools need to be thoroughly cleaned!

Spa facilities and staff are amazing and friendly. Thank you to Diana for assisting on my spa appointments and to Ayu who is a wonderful spa therapist. She managed to locate my muscle tensions/trigger points. I stayed at the Whirlpool Suite, the jacuzzi which is located outside my room is not cleaned and maintained properly. There’s green molds/stain from the water outlet which wasn’t scrub properly. I hope this feedback will let the property be aware and rectify the issue for hygienic purposes for all guests.
