Place in the quiet area! And the manager Stephan who adopted cute doggy that’s only what I liked about the place overall It was our second time with my sister in this place , this time was super disappointed, when we arrived at night the room was not ready it was dirty and they give us like that , full of mosquitoes they didn’t even spray too kill them atleast when the guest arrived will be good condition, free breakfast but zero quality and no teste so much oily .. and when we checkout nobody even help with our bags to the taxi :) zero welcome zero farewell..

We really enjoyed the pool and the rooms — both were spacious and comfortable, making it a very relaxing stay. Staff were fantastic. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

The rooms were spacious and featured a king-size bed, and I had the most comfortable sleep. The bathroom was also generously sized and well equipped. One of the highlights was the separate lounge area downstairs, which had direct access to the swimming pool. It included comfortable sofas, an additional washroom, and all the necessary amenities to make our stay truly comfortable and convenient. Moreover, I had requested a special room decoration for a celebration, and the hotel team truly went above and beyond. They created the most beautiful setup, exceeding all our expectations and making the occasion even more memorable. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional hospitality and the wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Provided excellent recommendations and always made sure I had breakfast. Nothing in particular. There were some geckos which made me nervous, but that’s more a fear I have and not about the property.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and rooms were very clean and designed well. The pool was cool and clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel was fantastic and authentic Italian! Every morning breakfast was great, good options and includes a cappuccino if wanted which is a plus. Nothing

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the restaurant had an excellent food selection. Fred went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

One of the most disappointing places considering price/ 4 star rating / reviews and the actual experience. The room feels old and tired, was not cleaned well at all, there was a smell in the bathroom, the sheets didn’t feel clean, room full of mosquitoes and insects… shower pressure was low, the stairs that took you to the bedroom (which is upstairs btw) were awkward and posed a challenge (especially for taller people). Basically everything except maybe the pool fell short of expectations. if it was a 2 star hotel with a 6.5-7.2 rating, it would make sense, but … no idea how this place calls itself 4 stars and gets such high reviews..
