Staff are absolutely beautiful and they can't do more for you! Made me feel very welcome and honestly this is the best part about this place!! Honestly thank you. Room big and spacious and has everything you need! Downfall: it's a little bit of a walk to the town but you can easily get a grab or gojek! Honestly guys thank you so much for my stay I definitely recommend this place.

The room was spacious and the beds are huge so instead of requesting for another bed we managed to sleep altogether in just one bed. There was also kitchen area so if you'll be planning to stay longer you can cook meals, the staff was also very friendly and accommodating even if it was hard for them to communicate in English, they tried their very best to give us what we needed. They even let us borrowed adaptors! The linens were a bit old and dusty so I suggest to replace it for a new one and the toilet has a smell, maybe they should clean it regulary to avoid the smell. It is actually not really dirty but you will notice that floors are a bit dusty.

The location near from the beach , not to far because i would like to go to La Planca Seminyak. We only stay for 1 night so the price also affordable. They don’t have any restaurant and breakfast service. So we have to order by gojek or grab food. They only rent for room.

The bathroom is not clean. AC not working well and there is no drinking water.

Nothing My room was dirty the sheets were not clean it had a bad smell and the facilities were not that good at all . It didn’t feel comfortable staying there as I wanted to cancel but couldn’t . Won’t recommend anyone to stay there .

The location was very good and the care taker of the property helped us with everything. All in all it was not what we thought after looking up online but we only used the hotel for getting ready and taking rest at night so it was fine. But I think there are plenty good options available at this price in Kuta, Semniyak and Changu so please look for other options. There was no lift so taking luggage to the room was a task. The pictures online didn't exactly met the reality, lighting was not that good. The property was pretty old so the door knobs, sockets and other things were not functioning properly.

I was comfortable, very friendly and caring staff, there are a few cafes nearby, but if you want more, it's quite a short drive. Internet in my room was not perfect but enough for full work and calls, also a comfortable desk and chair. The shower and bathroom are clean. The bed is large and comfortable. In my room, the window faced the shared kitchen, and for the sense of privacy it was always closed, so I had little light in the room.

Honestly, I don't know what some of these other reviews are about. That was not my experience at all! Ever since arriving, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and at a great price. The residence was in a nice quiet area but still very close to the action in Seminyak. The wifi worked perfectly, the other guests I met there were lovely, and the pool was fantastic. Nothing! The stay was great. I'll definitely be staying there again.
