Booked this property looking at the price Location wise is good , but it’s a bit at the back end of a street and bit quite and dark at night time Pictures seen looks like the room has much space but actually are very compact Staff is helpful One problem : Grab or Gojek isn’t allowed to pick up at this hotel so you need to walk for around 500 mtrs or else Tak the cab from people standing in front of the hotel ( Actually these cab drivers are no less than pimps offering all illegal things as well ) this was the only negative and worrying point for my stay

Good rooms at a good price point. Scooty can be hired just next door at 80,000 IDR per day. The room lighting is too dim. Also, the breakfast options are severely limited. Not much choice. The AC is located too far away from the bed which means the cooling takes considerable time.

Friendly staff,quick check in,Great room. Please remember that online taxis are not allowed at the entrance of the hotel .this can be inconvenient to the guests. But the hotel staff took me in their car and dropped where taxi was waiting. Local taxi guys do not allow the online taxis being booked .

Price The water pressure is so bad, hot and cold and turned hot rapidly. Towels are old, WiFi is a let down no matter which one you choose . If you don’t have your own car/bike, you can’t order an online ride so think carefully before you book

breakfast included. It's very poor and you can't pay for a poor breakfast included in the room , and if you decide to pay for extra breakfast of the menu , they replied to me for 3 mornings that they are not able to do that.

Bed was comfortable and we liked the location so we could choose to travel in and out of the centre. Although note it will take 20/ 30 mins by bike (Grab) to get in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful where possible. They kindly arranged laundry with a quick turn around for us. There is no hot water for 4 days we told reception who smiled and said ok - no apology. Quite annoying as you get pretty sandy at the beach. The fridge was hot. If you want clean sheets and towels you have to explicitly ask reception otherwise the cleaning team will make your bed with old sheets. You have to get a grab taxi to pick you up from a hotel round the corner or the top of the road as there is a group of local taxi drivers that sit outside the hotel and shout at the drivers. This happened every time we got picked up, to the point where drivers left us standing on the side of the road. They are a bit intimidating. We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t look appealing.

Spacious clean rooms and very friendly staff. FYI if you order a taxi or motorbike using Grab or Gojek, you need to walk to the Circle K which is 2 minutes away. The taxi driver rest stop infront of the hotel will not let them pick you up infront of the hotel Breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get, but apart from that, amazing!
