Upon arrival the valet service was great, very pleasant, and helpful. Cons:There was a small issue at check in due to a new system they were using, check in took over 45 mins. The room was clean and spacious, but the view of the AC units wasn't pleasant along with the in room AC unit was extremely noisy. The refrigerator in room was useful but it was noisy also. We had to request towels everyday multiple times due to whoever was at the front desk said they took down our request and room number but hours later, no towels. We had to go down to the front desk multiple times due to the phone in the room when calling the front desk was always busy. Our room was never cleaned even after requesting. Pros: This hotel is perfectly located on River Street and the rooftop bar restaurant was phenomenal with beautiful views of the Savannah River.

The hotel was beautiful and convenient to talk down a street to a lot of restaurants and ferry rides. The property didn’t have no pool nor did it have a microwave on site to warm food up. Parking was a little ways to walk at the corner if you didn’t do valet parking and that’s was $50/night & self park was $40/night

Customer service from Kai. The complementary water in the refrigerator with the chilled glasses. View was great from the restaurant/bar. Rooms were right on the street. Traffic heard all night but the provided sound machine was great to help.

**The hotel was very nice, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is about the breakfast buffet. For the price they charge, there should be a much larger selection. Paying nearly $50 for two people to have what was essentially a continental breakfast—even in Savannah—seems excessive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was definitely not worth the cost.⭐⭐⭐⭐

From arrival to departure, everything was superb. Top notch customer service, very inviting atmosphere, clean and modern rooms, and a very elegant breakfast with river front views.

While the location was great. Easy to walk to for most of our dinner and breakfast locations that we chose. We had to ask to get our room cleaned. Which was odd, as we left early each morning (8am) and came back well after 3pm. Not sure if it’s because I travel with a Service Dog? However that shouldn’t really make a difference. We had to ask the front desk staff to have them clean the room. There was no soap left in the shower dispenser and they didn’t refill it. So they obviously didn’t check it. Since they only cleaned the room once , during our 4 night stay. I didn’t bother to get it refilled. As it seemed like a lost cause. The hotel has a great rooftop bar. So if you plan on staying here and you rent a car to get around plan ahead for retrieving your vehicle. As there can be a wait time. With events or people going on/in to the hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first meal at Lilac and had drinks our last night there as well. As I stated aside from the housekeeping staff we had a good time.

Loved the location. The staff outstanding. They were attentive and every time we asked for something they came through! The room had a partial view of the river (there was a wall covering part of it). We were not enamored with the frosted glass walls in the toilet/shower area. We would have preferred a real wall. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. In fact, I don’t know if cleaning means changing the towels and making the bed only. I know our room wasn’t not vacuumed at all. I took a photo of the crumbs on the table and some littler on the carpet! Also, there was no room service. The young man in the front desk was kind enough to teach me how to use Uber eats !! Guess this hotel is for a younger crowd. Overall, we liked your hotel.

Great views of the river front Rooms were clean Walkable to restaurants and shopping

The AC didn’t work so I spent two hours the first night with maintenance in my room. They were very kind and fixed the problem but still not ideal. There was a light in my room that would not turn off. It was one of those that turns on when you turn all the main lights off. It illuminated the head of the bed making it very hard to sleep. My “atrium view” was a view of 13 AC units right outside of my window. I waited over 30 minutes to get my car from valet to leave on checkout day.
