Hospital is also close by. Accommodation are well maintained and rooms are clean. Great experience as always.

I was disappointed that the ice machine was broken and was only fixed on our last day of 5 that we stayed. Also once melted the water was gross. Please get a filter for it as it makes a big difference to not have to constantly buy bottled

very small room, pool out of order, construction all around the hotel. staff very nice though!!

The first room had a strong urine smell. The next room smelled like intense. The bathroom had black mold around the shower. Shower itself had poor water pressure and was super slippery on the floor. Not good handicap options available. Call th front desk and it rings and rings so you have to go there in person. Curtains were torn and stained. The air conditioner had a terrible squeak

The rooms were nice but there were a lot of issues with one of the rooms that didn't get attention to getting fixed.

There was a baby shower one evening, there were quite a few people. They were drinking alcohol and were playing very loud obnoxious music. I called the front desk, said they could not do any thing about this. About 10pm the music stopped, the drinking did not, they continued to be loud. It was quite frustrating that hotel management refused to address the issue!

My stay here was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area. No problems with noise. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed there several times over the years but will not stay there again. They no longer clean the rooms daily. The pool was temporarily closed during our stay. No mention of that on their website. They no longer have a coffee pot in the rooms. The breakfast use to be special but is not up to par anymore so with all the changes I don’t see the place surviving.

The bed is really comfortable, breakfast is pretty good. But the carpet looks really dirty in the room.

Washing clothes. Detour was a problem.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean up on a hill so the view was good The pool wasn’t open the two days we were there which was disappointing and the room was small the space between beds was narrow and the person on the outter side of the bed had to be careful not to run into a wall getting out of bed.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The green chili was delicious. And I'm from Pueblo, Co. So we know chili.the room was nice. The only thing that was not as advertised was that the pool was closed. It looked fin. I know there is slot to keeping a pool.up, and it didn't impact us at all. Glad we did intend on using it.

Breakfast was warm. Good selection of fresh items. Room was quiet and hallway and room was very clean. Staff was friendly. During my travels I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, a Marriott, and a Hilton Spark in addition to this Best Western. This one beat all the pricier ones easily. It was cleaner, staff was friendlier, and food was much better. Elevator door was squeaky.

I booked this thinking it was in downtown Sante Fe … my bad it is way way out of town….
