The service was kind, easy and helpful while checking and out. Enjoyed their breakfast waffles and orange juice.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was the worst. Walls dirty couches FILTHY, the room was NOT welcoming at all. One thing is having outdated furniture but having unpleasantly dirty furniture is really something else. Our whole stay felt very uncomfortable we didn't sit on the couches it just flet gross, even my kids felt uncomfortable and didn't want to touch anything. I also had to clorox wipe the doors and the light switches because they were nasty. I paid $200 for a night that I extremely regret. Furniture needs to be removed there is no way you're keeping that furniture any longer, couches are ready to be trashed!! The bed was comfortable but definitely did not sleep good because our room was very unpleasant.

I chose this hotel to be Pet Friendly. It did have spots for the pets to use the “bathroom”… however, not a fenced area. My complaint is that my dog is registered as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and the desk clerk said they only waive fees for service dogs. In a year and a half that I have traveled, this is the first hotel where they were not waived. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Very friendly staff..did all possible to accommodate the needs of our elderly traveler.

This is not a good hotel. It is very rundown. The door to our room looked like someone had tried to kick it in at the bottom and you could see daylight along the side of the door. The deadbolt lock did not work either so we wedged a chair against the door on the inside just to feel relatively safe. The bathtub had cracks all around the caulk and the pillows were way too stiff for our tastes. I usually love La Quinta hotels but we would never stay in this particular one again.

I got to the breakfast room right on time, the food however didn't. Waited about 15mins. Eggs or should I say, and egg like substance showed up. One bite and done....

Our problem with the property was that we needed a room on 1st floor and ended up on 3rd. My son is visually impaired and I'm physically handicapped. Also I was required to put a $50 deposit on credit card which I have never had to do. Also no receipt! Otherwise place was clean.

I was charged 50.00 for incidentals. I charged my phone, sleep on the bed, took a shower. I never turned on the tv. I did not eat their continental breakfast. I don't know what incidentals i used that were worth 50.00.

Convenient to the airport. Bathroom faucet hardly works. Rooms and bathroom very dirty. The only positive is that the staff was very nice.

Nothing to like at this hotel. Hotel was dirty, run down, bad neighborhood. Homeless persons sleeping near the trash dumpster and in the nooks and crannies of the hotel grounds.Amenities, like the pool, were dirty and not usable.

It was in Santa Fe It was very run down and not maintained. I had two holes in my walls, a stained bathtub, and the security lock on the door did not work. The pool was disgusting with what looked like feces attached to the drain. There were homeless people hanging around and I felt unsafe.

Not up to LaQuinta standards. Motel with outdoor hallways. Mainly construction workers staying there. The room next to me brought their motorized dirtbikes into their room for the night. The TV didn't have local channels. The wifi didn't work.

The breakfast was great. Our room was clean in appearance, but it reeked of cigarette smoke... So we both had a headache for the duration of our stay. Room 349.
