The Hotel was amazing, exactly like the photos. As a tourist that went in every country, I can say that this is one of the best hotels. It simply does “the thing”. Good breakfast, very clean, the staff was amazing, location tends to be off because it is a bit far from Piazza Tasso, but it is a good walk to make you hungry for when you re going to eat jn town. I recommend getting a car to go along the whole coast, its simply better. Nothing really to comment, other than the location but that isn’t a problem that BAD

The front desk staff was exceptional. Very helpful. Showed us how to get around the island , what train and bus to take to get tot eh center. Train was close to the hotel and one stop away from the center.

The place and people were very nice with us, we were traveling in honeymoon by Europe and Hotel Alpha was out last stop and was amazing. The hospitality and well relationship with the clients always was lively specially Isabel . Not apply

Sorrento taxis. If you stay out late past the last metro train the taxis price gouge and not just by a little. Still a good deal on a hotel even if you have to pay a little extra once or twice for a taxi assuming the length of stay is just few days

Everything was perfect, staff was friendly, very good breakfast, good location close to the train station and 25 min walking to Sorrento center. The room was even better than on the pictures. Coffee was cold on the breakfast everyday.. hahaha but not a big issue as I asked them to heat up the coffee.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good as well. It is a bit far from the main area in Sorrento and the cabs are very expensive.

The property is 8 minute walk from train station. It is 30 minute walk from Sorrento. Most of the staff were fine. Thought they could have been more friendly and not so serious.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great! Far away from Sorrento to feel more tranquil but close to the station to get there in just a few minutes when needed. The breakfast buffet was also epic. The view from our balcony of Mount Vesuvius was also totally epic.

wonderful staff who would help us with anything we needed, They really went beyond expectations when we had trouble with our rental car. Room itself was on the bigger side and the pool area was lovely. I thought the room would be more luxourius since it costed a lot of money but the bed was comfortable and the staff lovely so it made up for it. I missed prosecco during breakfast :)
