Humphreys Half Moon Inn

The bed was VERY hard and was the only real complaint.

The grounds are pretty but the robe in the room was used and not changed for us.

Unable to get reservation at restaurant was only downfall

Room was clean and fresh, though definitely a lack of plugs near the bed. Only one side had a side table with a plug. The other side was more of a fend-for-yourself kind of situation. We didn’t get to enjoy any of the discounts offered since we were only staying a night, but we managed to hit up the heated pool which was nice. Every staff we spoke to was also quite lovely

Very nice hotel. Nice restaurant. Nice pool area. But the hot tub looked a little.... yellow?

Clean room, beautiful pool, great grounds.

This was my 2nd time at Humphrey's. So glad I came back. Rooms are nice and such a beautiful property and easy access to anywhere in San Diego.

Great staff. It was our anniversary and they gave us some nice upgrades.

The only thing I wish was that the pool bar was open past 8pm.

Awesome location and the property is perfect! Rooms are nice a large. My only complaint is they need to upgrade the flooring. I would suggest replacing the old carpet with a hard flooring. So much cleaner. Overall I still rate the stay 5 stars!

it was a great time

The front desk was extremely helpful. We were able to check in early after our flight had been canceled. I really enjoyed the pool area. I ordered delicious poke nachos and a complementary soda. The whole property was beautiful. It was calm and peaceful with amazing views. We had breakfast overlooking the marina the next morning. Again the food was delicious. Loved our short stay and would highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The location itself is beautiful and the amenities, such as the restaurant, pool, and hot tub were perfect. The rooms were underwhelming, needing renovation. The first room we were given had an overhead light and fan that were broken. After speaking with maintenance, we were told there was nothing that could be done. However, we weren’t offered another room. After finding it quite difficult to navigate in the dark, we requested another room. The second room had the same layout. The lights and fixtures worked, but the shower drained incredibly slow. Throughout our showers, the water pooled at our feet and up to our ankles, making them quite uncomfortable. Also, the shower ceiling had splotchy patches of mold. The site itself is very picturesque, but rooms need some TLC. Additionally, room cards are not free. We were charged $20 per card, a fee that we weren’t notified of upfront.

The grounds are super clean. Pool is great. The parking is secure and the location was super cool. If your into boats this is a great location as it on the same block of yacht/ boat builders. Would stay again Bed mattress could be improved,but not a deal breaker

Highly recommend the Humphreys! Staff was super friendly and helpful! The resort was beautiful and well maintained. Room was awesome!
