Excellent location and the staff was great!

Large well equipped room with the most comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was in a cafe across the square and was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre so lots of choice for eating out. Nothing - a wonderful hotel to return to after a long day out.

It is in the heart of the wonderful city where you get to experience the San Cristobal people, The staff is amazing and very helpful, lovely breakfast - very homely feeling throughout our stay. strongly recommend

The two best things about this place are the staff and the location. The staff, particularly Grecia, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any request. Most of the staff speak English as well. And you can't beat the location as well. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms can get noisy, given that this is located by the main plaza. But we were there for new year and didn't mind some partying. Also, the rooms can have more electrical outlets for charging etc. But the staff are so nice.

This was quite a pleasant stay. I guess the two best things about this place are the staff and the location. The staff were extremely helpful and most of them could speak English fluently. In particular, Grecia (I hope I am spelling it right) was super-amazing. She really went out of her way to help with pretty much every request. Breakfast was amazing. We initially got this for one night, but loved it so much that ended up staying for 4 nights. There were a few facility-related issues, such as bathroom ventilator making noise etc. However, the staff were so nice and lovely that it made all the problems fade away.
