I loved and enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tepeyac. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. One of my family members had bronchitis and had difficulty walking. They gave us a room on the first floor, they provided us with a heater and a coffee maker that we used to warm her water. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel as there were a lot of restaurants around it and the food was really good. Also, the colors of the hotel were amazing, not to mention the plants, it really showed the Chiapas culture.

The decoration and atmosphere of the place.

Location is perfect and there is free parking (although not in the actual property) The room is very small and had interior windows so no chance of opening unless you are OK with people looking at you

Rooms are very small and a bit stuffy.

I loved the decore of the entire hotel; the room was comfortable, but somewhat small; the room was hot, but staff was accommodating by providing a fan; staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels; breakfast service was too slow and served lukewarm; the room could use an extra trash can.

The room was a little congested. Manageable but a bit more room would be great.

Great location, lovely exterior Noise from outside can be clearly heard inside the rooms. The bathroom door was tiny and inside there was a disgustingly dirty floor mat for the shower

price / quality was Super! Wifi was really good and on the best spot in San Cristobal the bathroom was old, and we had ants in there
-
No breakfast but lots of cafes close by. The staff was super helpful and the location on the main street as handy as it gets. The bathroom was the size of a phone booth, such that sitting on the throne was a contortion. That was really the only negative.

The location was on the main street, a lot of stuff to do, the staff was really good and polite. good vibes and comfortable beds, wifi is good, and the rooms was clean. Bed was a bit small but ok, and also the room was really small but was ok generally, no air conditioner but we didn't need one

super friendly staff and great location No hot water in the shower. No chance of heating the room. Wifi did not work at all. Our room had only one window, which the sole source of fresh and unfortunately the window was just above the reception, which was pretty loud so we had to close it sleep with night masks on due light from the reception

Beautiful entrance and courtyard, nicely decorated rooms, and a truly perfect location. There was absolutely no soundproofing in the hotel, in fact the courtyard amplified every sound and made it louder. We were above the lobby and we could hear every word of everyone who walked through (even the people who checked in at 4am) as well as our neighbors. There was also no ventilation in the room without opening the windows (into the courtyard) which made the sound issue even worse.
